  Fantastic Hotel

  Arrived for a 3 night break with my daughter and had a great stay,staff are very attentive.We arranged pickup and collection via the hotel with ease.The location is fantastic,literally step out and on to the main square,rooms were also great,comfortable bed and very clean,bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch also.Will definitely be looking to rebook again in the near future.

  We stayed 5 nights and loved this hotel. Rooms are excellent and clean, breakfast was a good variety and fresh. The added touch of bubbles on arrival was fantastic. This hotel is in the heart of old town krakow and amazing. We would highly recommend and would definitely return if we come back

  A beautiful room (more like a suite) overlooking the stunning main square, Rynek Glowney, right in the heart of Krakow. Artur and the other reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended.

  Great hotel for a trip to Krakow

  This hotel is located on the Main Square which is convenient to wherever you need to go.We stayed in a Premium room which was great. It didnt overlook the Main Square but that was fine with us. Very comfortable bed and also a nice sofa to collapse into after all the sightseeing.On arrival, we found prosecco & fruit in the room. The fridge was stocked with non alcoholic drinks & milk, all free of charge. There was also coffee making facilities & toiletries in the room.The hotel was very clean and quiet.On a day we missed breakfast, the hotel made us a packed lunch which had 2 plenty in it.All the staff we met were very helpful.I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Krakow.

  great hotel in a great location

  we went on my wife`s birthday for 5 days and was picked up by the hotels driver,we got there quite late but upon seeing the hotel and where it was situated we was amazed how lovely it was,our room the classic had a window but no view as it was at the back of the hotel,if I had known before hand I would have booked a room overlooking the square but you only need to sleep in the room and spend more time outside so our room was excellent,very clean and lovely air con which was so cool after a warm day,there was no noise at all so we had a good nights sleep,the staff were friendly and attentive,if you needed anything you just had to ask so no problems there,we had breakfast outside and just watching the world go round,due to my mobility we booked the hotels car for the return as well as it was easy,to sum up my review we could not find a fault on anything about the hotel and we would book this hotel again when we travel to krakow.
