  This is without doubt the WORST place I have ever had the misfortune to stay. My niece booked this place ( I can't call it a hotel), if I had, had the money I would have walked out to stay somewhere else. Unfortunately I don't have the money to do that. 31 steps to get up to the door. I was placed in a room with no comfortable chair. The room was filthy, absolutely stinking. The first few hours i spent trying to clean it. I am a smoker and went out to the back to smoke. Nothing provided for smokers. Woken up in the morning with the owner speaking so loudly on the phone, plus he had his phone on speaker. Owner in middle of room doing ironing. Never saw anyone else other than him and his friend. I suppose you could say you have what you pay for. This place is cheap and nasty. Towels looked dirty and was hard, only liquid soap and shampoo. Glad I took all my own and didn't need to use what was there. On the last day, we paid to have a room until 6pm because our fight wasn't until much later. But at 4.30pm he texted my niece to ask us to leave as quickly as possible because he had just taken a booking for the room, knowing we had paid until 6pm. No refund offered, and my niece didn't like to ask for one. This place needs to be closed down.

  Beautiful little hotel bang in the middle of the old town.2 mins walk to the square, taxi station & restaurants. The location could not be more perfect.The accommodation is perfectly clean & the hosts could not be more welcoming.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place & would most definitely stay here again.

  We were nervous about this hotel after reading some of the reviews, however we could not fault our stay.The road outside the hotel is only allowed to be used by permitted vehicles, so chances are you will be dropped on the road about 2 minute walk from the hotel. It’s pretty easy to find if you just look for the sign above the doorway. On arrival, there is a telephone number on the door which you telephone to get details of the key code (located at the main entrance) needed to release your key. We didn’t struggle with getting in touch with the owner and he also contacted us on WhatsApp with all the details. There isn’t 24/7 staff but the owner was easy to contact if there was any issues. From a security point of view, you have to scan through 2 doors and the apartment doors double lock which provided us with peace of mind. Previous reviews mention the stairs being dark… they are, but there is a light switch. Our room was basic, but featured a comfy bed, dresser, kettle and wardrobe space. The bathroom also had complimentary shampoo and toiletries. Again, previous reviews mention this hotel being 10PLZ a night… again, they have not read the sign enough as this is how much it is an hour to keep the room on after your 11am check out. There is also free WiFi!! In terms of location, you are right in the middle of the old town, just off the main square - the perfect location to be. It made it easy to nip in and out of the room without too much hassle and put you in a prime location for where many of the trips run from. Although it was a busy area, the room was quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. We were in room 5, which overlooked the main square street and the windows did a great job of blocking the noise. Overall, we loved our stay here and would recommend to others!

  A little nice hotel in the middle of the old city, we almost got the feeling that we rent a room in an apartment. Not that easy to find the first time, and the taxi cannot drive you to the door. A nice check in, the owner was there, but it could be a bit cleaner. F.ex the water tap was not clean, no soap in the shower (should be, not everyone take that on a short trip). Bad lightning in the stairs and to little light in the bathroom (only one of two where working).But, a big but, you are in the middle of the old town, a lot to see in close walking distance and lots of good restaurants around.

  Visited last week for a 4 day stay. Simple hotel, you walk outside the hotel, turn left and you're in the main square! Yes it's noisy at night but what do you expect if you're right in the centre? If you don't like noise then this hotel wouldn't be ideal for you but I didn't mind it at all. Lovely couple who run the hotel, helped us book some last minute trips . Easy check in and check out. We had a late flight so they let us keep or luggage in the hotel while we went out for the day. Would definitely return
