This hotel is located close to an impressive array of historical, cultural, and natural sites which guests can explore easily on foot. It is set in a quiet area on the edge of the Old Town, close to several top attractions such as the historic Wawel Castle and the Jewish district of Kazimierz. It lies 11 km from Krakow Airport and 76 km from Katowice International Airport.

Facility

The hotel has 106 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     OK hotel with some negatives

    Rooms are very clean with comfortable bed and tea/coffee facility. No English channels on TV but able to watch Netflix using your own password, also YouTube. Not recommended for elderly or disabled guests as the bath/ shower is high ,deep and slippery with no bath mat or grab handle to aid safe exit. Breakfast is adequate but a little chaotic at present as they are using a small conference room presumably while the restaurant is being refurbished. No room service. No safe. Having said all that, the hotel is in the perfect position to experience Krakow. But be aware that although Bolt taxis are able to drop you at the hotel they are not allowed to pick up passengers as the hotel is in the old town. The nearest pick up is in the adjacent street Mikolajska 21 ( the Bolt app does not advise you of that when you make the booking) Tomasz K, General Manager at Campanile Krakow, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your opinion and all information.     Nice hotel great room but a lot of building work and no dining area to eat

    Currently staying here for 4 days and Great location . Nice large room but can't use the aircon unit as it's noisy.maid says it's 20 years old so she switched it off at fusebox . It's says on website enjoy breakfast with us ....well the whole reception/dining area is a building site . Wasn't notified so having to change our plans and find elsewhere to have breakfast and no apologies from reception so a big inconvenience. I'd stay elewhere for another month till works complete .     Large room, spotless. Very close to the square, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Short walk to pick up point for tours.     The location of the hotel is excellent, in the old town close to the tourist attractions.Very friendly staff.We had interconnected rooms with a door between them, clean rooms, big, the bathroom the same,with a hairdryer and everything you need,An electric kettle in the room and coffee and tea bags.There is no refrigerator in the room.The room was a bit cold, the air conditioning did not work very well on the heat and it is also very noisy.The room is not cleaned except on request at the reception.Breakfast not very rich but with what is needed for a decent breakfast.Show less Tomasz K, General Manager at Campanile Krakow, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your opinion and all information.     Hotel facilities very clean and close to the main square in krakow. Staff are also friendly and happy to help. Only complaint we have is that we could hear everything that was happening in next doors bathroom via the shower vents in between the two rooms.. hearing them throwing up on a morning was not pleasant.
