  Do not stay hereWe booked and I notified the company as they asked. After the initial message I did not receive any more information for getting into the property. It states there is reception 8am to 10pm this is not true and all help contact information is constantly engaged. We ended up having to pay for another hotel and now I am fighting for my money back from Expedia which as they say they can’t get hold of the apartment? But they still advertise the property?!

  Lovely apartment hotel. Clear instructions and responds to emails very fast. We had a room for 4 and it was a little small as in the elves of the building. Very little storage but gorgeous decor and clean. So close to lots of amenities great location.

  No communication

  Central location, apartment fine and clean. However, very poor management, no communication. We arrived before check in time unaware that the place has no human available to speak to except the cleaners who were kind and thankfully helpful. We could not get into the building, thankfully some other guests let us in and we managed to find the cleaners who contacted the receptionist/ someone in authority. I was told on the phone to leave our bags and come back at 2pm when the room would be ready. The person I spoke with took my phone number and said she would call back at 2pm and give me information regarding our stay. We returned at 2. 30 after waiting for the call that never came. The cleaners who were still there showed us the key safe and gave us our door card and code. About two hours later a random man knocked our door and gave us a piece of paper with some information about Wi-Fi and ordering breakfast. No other communication the whole time we were there. The fire alarm went off and we assumed it was a test as only last a few minutes. However we saw firemen and trucks outside as we were going out for the evening. I let them in, lol! Somewhat unnerving. Again no information was given. There is phone number to ring but I tried it said not in service.

  Great location, poor communication

  Myself and my partner arrived here for a short stay, the room is very nicely decorated and was stunning, great facilities and within walking distance from all the local attractions. Our tv had no signal or wifi so we were unable to use it the whole time we were there.. I tried to call reception to report this but a Polish phrase was announced and the line disconnected twice after a couple of attempts. I also noticed there was white stains on the sofa Overall good experience but communication needs to be better

  Beautiful apartment in a good location.

  Really modern apartment with great access to tram, bus and train stops. Only a couple of minutes walk from the old town of Krakow and the main square. Staff were really helpful over the phone when arriving at the hotel late at night. We had everything we needed. Even though tap water is drinkable in Krakow they provided us with bottled sparkling water as well which was nice.
