    Perfection from Beginning to End!!

    Hotel Copernicus sets the benchmark every hotel should strive to achieve. From the beginning to the end the service and attention exceeded all our expectations. Any question we had prior to our trip was responded to immediately by Mateusz at the front desk. We got to the Hotel before check in time but our room was ready for us. We met the GM of the hotel Joanna Wilgierz who was welcoming and attentive. From that point on she knew us by name and was always asking if we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything else they could do. Joanna’s team were all top professionals. I believe her entire staff were happy they were working at such a wonderful hotel and that came across to all their guests. We had dinner at their Michelin suggested restaurant and our server was Kasper. He explained each course by ingredients and how it was prepared. He also makes an excellent cocktail. They have an amazing spa which you should take advantage of. We were unable to book any treatments because of our busy schedule. We did walk through and found it to be well equipped the with top-of-the-line products. There is a roof deck with amazing views of the Wawel CastleWe had the pleasure of staying in one of their suites. The bed was very comfortable the bathroom was well appointed with a separate shower and bathtub. Another major plus is the location. It is in the heart of the old town but on a very quiet street. The best location of any hotel. Please take my advice and book your stay at Hotel Copernicus it will make your trip to Krakow your best vacation.     The most beautiful hotel inside Old Krakow! The rooms were beautifully decorated.     Truly wonderful stay at the Copernicus. Beautiful hotel in the best location, right in the heart of Kraków’s old town. Spectacular dinner on the Saturday - we did the 7 course Tasting Menu. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time - the periogi in a chicken wing sauce were particularly memorable. Lovely spa area, excellent massage and truly welcoming and helpful team.
