  Perfect apartment

  We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 5. Location was perfect. Just off the main square. There was a lift that was handy for my elderly in laws. The apartment was spotless and had lots of nice touches like bottles of water, hairdryer, dish washer tablets, shower gel and tea bags. Joanna at the property was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

  Family trip to Krakow. Modern and immaculate apartment in central location

  Immaculate and modern apartment. Fantastic central location closer to restaurants, bars and shops. Expected some noice but sound proofing was excellent and didn’t hear a thing! Everything you could need. Communication with Joanna at the property was brilliant and check in / out was easy.

  We love this apartment . Modern with two bedrooms. Large bathroom and beautiful view of square. Right next door to a little market for everything you need. Lovely hosts who go above and beyond to help. We would highly recommend this place and we would love to come back here one day.

  Don't stay here it's not worth the lack of sleep. Stay somewhere close by as it's in an ideal spot

  Ermine Suits is situated in an ideal spot. The apartment was well equipped, towels and bins changed on our second day. Beds were clean and comfy Everything was perfect.But!Our stay was tainted by a nightclub going on until 4am on the Saturday night and from Monday to Wednesday we have woke up to tapping, banging, drilling and someone with a kango. Some mornings from 7:15. We have worked out that there may be a stone mason next door. There is a sign saying Erine Suite Catacombs so the owner of this establishment knows this is going on and kindly leaves you ear plugs that don't work! Delivery's to the shops and bars is from 5:30am on and the bin lorry comes at 7am to empty all the glass bottles Maciej Zieliński, General Manager at Ermine Suites, responded to this review DearSusan, I would like to thank you for staying with us and for bringing to our attention the experiences you had during your stay. With regards to your comment I am sorry to learn that you were not satisfied with your stay. I understand that noises coming from construction works in the next building could be disturbing and definitely not what you expected. However the work is being done during the day, when most of guests are out. Silent hours in Krakow are from 22:00-6:00, but workers start any noisy work not before 8:00, this was established. We are not informed about they daily work and we cannot expect that every day will be noisy. Also they do not work on weekends. Krakow is the city full of life and people walking around almost all day and night. We do not have an influence on it, this same noise from the street or club is not something unusual in the big city. Dear Susan, I would like to apologize for inconveniences that you encountered during your stay . Guest satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.   Absolutely fantastic! Couldn't fault this hotel!

  Everything about our stay was absolutely fantastic. The communication with Joanna and Kasia was great leading up to our trip, they were beyond helpful! They even left us a bottle of prosecco in our suite as we mentioned we were travelling for a special occasion. The suite was spotless, so comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the location was amazing, a 2 minute walk from the main square- I couldn't recommend enough! We will be back 100%!
