English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was advertised as 4* however, unfortunately it did not come close. Firstly the rooms were so hot, the air conditioning did not work and when asking at reception for it to be looked at we were told someone would look at it, however, this never happened. We spent three nights absolutely dripping with sweat. Secondly, we could not shower after each other in the room. The bottom of the shower filled with water and took a while to drain away so if one person went in after the other, the bottom of the shower would spill over. The beds are absolutely tiny, roughly s 3/4 double and the room, although clean, was dark, outdated and bare. There was no fridge to keep any water or food cool.Lastly, this is not the hotels fault but our travel agents fault. The hotel is listed as krakow city centre however, it was a 15 minute taxi ride to the main square.Krakow was lovely but this hotel really disappointed unfortunately.

    Lovely, clean hotel. We have just returned from a 4 night stay here. We had the best experience here. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were spotless. Close to the airport. Was about a 5k walk in to the old town which we visited every day- we walked it once but the rest of time only cost about £3.50 in an Uber. About a 10min walk to the train station also which is handy. We didn’t use the restaurant which is located at the hotel next door. The swimming pool and sauna are also at the other hotel and costs about £4 to access this but it’s just a short walk across the car park and we had the place to ourselves. It has a couple of shops and restaurants near by but apart from that not too much around but If you are comfortable using Ubers then it is not a problem. We would definitely return.

    Great little hotel, 20 mins walk to local shopping complex and Lidl. Very comfy and clean. For a budget hotel met all our needs, breakfast was basic but met our needs. Allowed us to check in early and gave us extra pillows when we asked. Has tea and coffee facilities in room, bottled water and soap and shower gel also.

    This hotel is not 4 stars. Not worthy of one star. On arrival we were spoken to with the worst manners i have ever experienced, zero customer services. It shows pictures of a different hotel in their advertising. The pictures are of a hotel across the carpark called the premier. They don't have a pool and it is dark and dinghy. Room was not cleaned all week, strong smell of cigarettes. No amenities and no fridge in room. Can only buy a drink at certain times of the day at the other hotel across the carpark. Food was not great, but nowhere else to eat within walking distance. Again no restaurant at hotel and had to go to other hotel to eat, even for your breakfast that we paid for as part of the stay through the express hotel. Staff were rude when questioned about pool; that didn't exist. I was then told we could use the pool at other hotel but there was a charge. Room cards did not work, so we couldn't get in our room. Went to reception to sort the situation, where I was told by staff it was my fault. Said I must of had them near my phone. This was not the case. This hotel is a joke and the staff are awful. Krakow is gorgeous so don’t let this review put you off visiting, but do not use this hotel. It will ruined your holiday.
