  Loud at night, and a front desk whose promises contradict management

  I stayed here on a 9-night prepaid business booking (27 May – 5 June 2026). On 29 May I had to check out early — after only 2 nights — because a close family member was hospitalised in critical condition.Before leaving, I asked the front desk about the remaining 7 unused nights. I was told in person that the hotel was willing to refund them, and that I only needed to arrange it through my booking agency. I followed that instruction in good faith.What followed was a week of contradictions:– On 1 June, the hotel wrote to me that the HOTEL had requested the refund and it was the AGENCY that denied it.– On 2 June, the same hotel wrote to the agency that it CANNOT make any refund at all.– The agency, meanwhile, told me the refusal came from the hotel.These statements cannot all be true. I have every email in writing. Both contradictory replies were signed by the same person — the hotel’s Front Office Supervisor — who first wrote that the hotel supported the refund, then wrote that no refund was possible at all.A hotel whose front desk makes a verbal commitment to a guest dealing with a family emergency, and whose management then contradicts its own written statements depending on who is asking, has a serious reliability problem.On top of that, the noise at night is severe. The rooms are so poorly soundproofed that the hotel actually provides earplugs — and even with them, I could not sleep properly. For a hotel that calls itself “Premium” and targets business travellers, this is unacceptable.If you still book here: get everything in writing, and bring your own solution for the noise, because theirs doesn’t work.

  modern ,clean lovely hotel

  lovely hotel ,very modern ,staff were nice even though didn’t speak much but were lovely when they did . really recommend! can hear the train/tram going past a lot but didn’t bother us, lovely balcony, room was very clean would stay again. is quite out the way from centre however cost us £5 in a taxi using bolt

  Comfortable warm modern Hotel

  This hotel is a little too far out from the City Centre of Krakow. But is a nice little hotel. It's fairly modern and comfortable. The room was a standard room but very clean and warm. Although it is right next to the railway station we never had any issues with noise whatsoever.As previously mentioned if you have no car it's next to the railway station and easy to access the tram stop a short walk away over the crossing. We wouldn't stay there again purely because we would prefer to be nearer the sights and able to just get up and walk to them from out hotel.

  I recommend this hotel in Lublin. Good location, close to the old town: about 10 minutes on foot. No traffic noise at all!Very friendly staff, polite, helpful and welcoming. Nice large and bright room with a clean, comfortable and well-kept bathroom. Coffee and tea in the room. Very good breakfast: abundant and tasty buffet. And what is really excellent: the possibility to take away a sandwich for the road!

  Very comfortable rooms which are faultlessly clean. The facilities are good and feel new. Really good AC! The only comment I could make is there isn’t anywhere to put your suitcase once unpacked. We were there for a long weekend so not too bad but may be an issue for longer stays. The staff in the hotel were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Such a pleasure. The breakfasts were delicious; a good selection of fruit, pastries, bread and lovey Polish classics along with a hot buffet selection which varied from day to day. The hotel is a little distant from Krakow centre but there’s a train station right next to the hotel with trains to the centre and taxis are reasonable. All in all a really great stay in a lovey hotel.
