First off, the receptionist are wonderful. Very accommodating. As far as the hotel itself..it’s in a beautiful location right next the the Zinar castle surrounded by forest. Entering into the hallway to go to our room was quite dark. We stayed in the “apartment”. You open one door into a pitch black entry way. We had to use our phone flashlight to see where to plug in the light. Then there are two doors one side is the bedroom the other side is the couch/sitting room. Separated by a cement wall. Honestly we couldn’t figure out if this was an old hospital, jail..upon further reading it was an old college (at least that’s what I found online). While showering the water leaks to the carpet and everywhere so we had numerous towels on the floor to block the water. Breakfast in the a.m was pretty good. Dinner at the Zinar castle was fabulous. All in all this was an interesting experience for one time to try.

    Three stars is too much

The facility is very beautifully located in the forest. Charming area. The rooms are so worn out that there is nothing to write home about. Without comment, I wouldn't bathe in the bathroom either. I guess it's already been renovated, so I don't know what it's like. Very good

It is a unique experience, and the conditions are very good. The hotel looks great, it is very big, it is very well thought out and the access is very easy by car. Although it is in the forest, on a hill, the roads are very good and very wide, and the parking lot is spacious. The room looks very good, it is clean, and the breakfast is very rich and varied. Unfortunately, as happens in most hotels, and I don't understand why, you cannot benefit from the functionalities of the smart TV in the room. Otherwise, the experience was really special!

    Absolutely will never come again

It’s a crumbling mess! Courtyard tiles are all coming off, walls inside and out are cracked and falling apart. Looks like an old communist era structure that was not kept up for 40 years. Dingy halls, concrete walls with rebar wires coming out. Bathroom without shampoo. No AC. Shared balconies. Looks awful and feels like a dumb.
