  Very warm rooms and noisy.

  The rooms are basic but actually fine, they are clean and comfortable.The location is good in terms of being close to both the Old Town and also the Jewish Quarter.There is no reception at the hotel but it is looked after by another hotel very close and the staff there were excellent - very friendly and helpful, the curtains didn’t fit properly and the issue was rectified very quickly.The low rating is due to two big issues - the rooms were unbearably hot, and the AC simply cannot bring the temperature down, the management are waiting for a company to come and address this but as the AC is currently behind the curtain I think it will need to be replaced and moved position, in all the rooms, so a big job.Secondly the hotel is right on a busy tram intersection so as the trams run over the rail crossings it really is very loud, by day 3 we were starting to get used to it but as we are only stopping 3 days it was not very good. The windows are double glazed but still it is quite loud and of course as the room is so hot we would have liked the window open!It is a shame as otherwise this would have had more stars.   Hotel centrally located however poor service, no reception thus was at another sister hotel and breakfast at yet another

  Comfortable stay

  Smooth check in experience. Great location for everything. Room was clean and comfortable, beds were super comfy. Quite noisy due to the location with the main tram lines outside, but we didn't find this a problem and quickly got used to it, trams stopped around midnight and start again around 04:30. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Krakow. Only complaint was the curtains not covering the full window and letting in the light from street lights outside.   A poor, outdated Aparthotel

  Stayed here for a 4 night break and was disappointed with the accommodation. The carpet was dirty and worn out. The strange bed had been repaired badly with wood. The mattress was soft and spongy, definitely not good for your back after a long day walking around the city. Flimsy coat rack in a small side room was the only storage we had. Not one visit of a cleaner during our stay, bin not emptied, bedding/towels not changed.It is well located 5 - 10 minutes to the old town in one direction and the same to the Jewish Quarter, in the other direction. The room was well heated,Overall it was quite poor. We will definitely be visiting Krakow again but will not be staying at this aparthotel.   A decent hotel room was warmAnd clean bathroom looked new it has a lift and secure entry system. Yes it can be a bit noisy.
