  Great location for exploring all areas, 20 mins from main square and right in middle of great bars and restaurants. Very clean and comfy beds. Towels very small and not very absorbent, but shower gel very nice. Good overall experience and helpful staff

  Lovely hotel, breakfast was lovely, staff helpful, short walk away from old square and also trams pretty much just outside!

  The hotel is very clean and comfortable most of the staff are very friendly. We had a problem with the sink plug in the room it was broken and would not hold water in the bowl the lifter had broken off and the plug was stuck in the open position after complaining three times eventually one of the desk staff came looked and said that is the way it is. I complained again and they said they could move me and took me to a similar room where the sink plugs was also broken, but by climbing under the sink you could operate the plug. I declined the offer as I did not see I was any better off.   Great hotel for city trip

  Fantastic hotel. The staff were friendly. My sister and I got a bolt from the airport to the hotel and a gentleman from the hotel helped us with our luggage and stored it until the room was ready. The room was spotless and well maintained. There was a safe in the room which was handy for the passport's. The hotel is a short walk 10-15 mins from the castle and there were nice shops the browse on the way. The breakfast in the morning was lovely with plentiful fresh fruit et . We had a fantastic trip in Krakow. A young man at reception helped me book the bolt for return to the airport and also helped us with our bags to the square.   Really lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Lovely modern bathroom and the shower had excellent pressure. Breakfast is vast with a huge array of food.
