    Beautiful quaint little hotel in the best location, we asked for a lower floor as my son has mobility difficulties and Anna was great at sorting this out for us , girls at reception are all lovely and helpful the only problem we had was with a drain outside made a horrendous noise all night when cars drove on it but this is not the hotels fault, we had a brilliant stay

    We stayed here 6 years ago and returned this past week. The staff here are all amazingly helpful and kind. Angelika went above and beyond for us, never made us feel like we were a bother with our many questions, and even offered to walk us to the tram stop because we weren’t sure where it was. We appreciated everything she did for us! We had two different rooms this week and I will list the pros and cons for both. Apt 15-Studio with mezzanine:PROS- Hot water, great water pressure, A/C worked great, separate loft bedroomCONS- On the third floor, so 6 flights of stairs Apt 4 - Studio without mezzanine on ground floorPROS - lots of space, easy access to the street, bigger kitchen CONS - bed was horrific- we had to literally try to sleep between the springs that were poking up. This is the worst mattress we’ve ever experienced. No hot water in shower- well maybe just for the first minute, no A/C, but a fan was provided. The facility was sparkling clean, the breakfast was great (purchased) and the location is truly the best! I took off one star for our aching backs from that horrible mattress. I think if the owner would replace it, and maybe give more hot water, there would be all 5 star reviews. This is a wonderful place to stay while in Krakow.

    Lovely hotel. Very close to main square. Good, plentiful breakfast. Lovely, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.
