    The Grand Ascot hotel is fabulous. I was just here for a week and I don't want to go! Fabulous breakfast and , most importantly, truly wonderful staff. I had a problem at my work and Pawel at reception was SO helpful and helped me sort it. Would definitely come back again.     A fab hotel to base a stay in Krakow, only 10 mins from the main square!!

    Stayed here for our 4 night stay in Krakow. Fantastic and stylish rooms with a great bathroom, comfortable bed and v good air-conditioning!!Great buffet breakfast provided!!10 mins walk from the main square, and only 15 mins from the K+R bus stop - for all visit pickups (Auschwitz / Salt Mine!! If you fancy a good 1 min trip to bars, restaurants and eateries, there are many in the area -The Grand Ascot is also directly opposite Mural!!     Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel has good location 10 minutes from main square.The room was very large with a wonderful walk in shower with good standard of shower gel supplied.The continental breakfast was good 4 stars lacking good quality of bread and little cakes but enough to start the day the right way.The big asset to the hotel is the friendly and professional staff especially Pawel and Anastasia at reception who went out of their way to help us always with a smile and warm welcome.We ate in the main restaurant one night the food was of a high standard but little pricey to be honest.
