    A wonderful boutique Apart Hotel, a short 10 minute walk to the old town center. Perfect for families, groups and friends needed added space. Rooms are modern and clean and as described. Front desk service is outstanding - all team members were courteous and helpful. Two coffee shops right desk door, serves breakfast, lunch. Many other great restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk.     Stayed in a 2 bed flat at H11 Aparthotel for 3 nights. It was faultless. Great location close to old town, super helpful reception staff, organised taxi transfers to and from airport etc. Flat was clean, spacious and well appointed. Highly recommended.     I traveled solo to Krakow for 2.5 days and my stay at H11 Aparthotel was amazing. The rooms are styled very nicely and in a modern way. All the basic amenities are present in the rooms which made my stay very comfortable and pleasant. Also the staff was super helpful with everything. Location of the hotel is also very good.     Fabulous place for the money, highly recommended.Central location, clean modern apartment/studio and comfortable beds.Super staff, particularly Ewa and Ania on Reception.Prior to arrival we were messaged to ask arrival time and arrangements were made for us to check in early.
