    Beautiful hotel, fantastic location and wonderful staff

    I took my daughter here and it’s a beautiful hotel. We got upgraded and a beautiful card, flowers and cake for her birthday. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The spa is amazing. The rooms have everything you could need…lots of hangers!! Loaded mini bar and luxury toiletries. Fantastic location near the main square. I would highly recommend and would definitely come back…thank you!     Lovely hotel, the guest services were excellent. Our driver picked us up for our Auschwitz tour @ 0550. The staff had 2 “to go” boxed breakfasts ready for us prior to leaving for the tour. The heated bathroom floors are fantastic!

    The hotel is superb. Beautiful modern renovation. Fantastic rooms and facilities. Located 3 minutes from the main square. The professional staff are very friendly and accommodating.     A Luxury Stay in the Heart of the City

    We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was immaculately clean and it’s clear a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. The reception and bar areas are impressive — stylish, welcoming and gives a sense of luxury from the moment you arrive.The spa facilities are modern and very well maintained. The little touches really make a difference — chocolates left on the bed each evening and a glass of champagne on arrival were a lovely touch. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very well kept, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The room was also very quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep.The location is fantastic, just a couple of minutes walk from Krakow Square, making it perfect for exploring the city, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all close by.We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others!
