    Excellent Airport Hotel with Outstanding Breakfast and Attention to Detail

    A very good hotel located just a short walk from Kraków Airport. The terminal is easily accessible via a dedicated pedestrian path, with a walking time of around 10 minutes, making it an ideal choice for early departures or late arrivals.The lobby is welcoming and inviting, the staff are friendly and professional, and the rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained. Despite its proximity to the airport, the hotel was impressively quiet, with no aircraft noise or other disturbances, ensuring a restful night's sleep.The included breakfast was a particularly pleasant surprise. The quality and attention to detail were noticeably above average, with a wide selection of fresh items. Highlights included a waffle maker, fresh fruit, and even real maple syrup—something rarely found at complimentary breakfast buffets and not always available at premium ones.Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value and pays attention to the small details that make a stay memorable. Well done, and I hope you continue to maintain this high standard.

    Nice hotel, customer service needs a lot of work

    It’s a nice hotel, close to the airport, but that’s where it unfortunately ends. My daughter and I stayed 2 nights while visiting the area and encountered an issue with the fridge in the room not working, as welll as declining housekeeping and just asking for extra towels and wash cloths to be left. Got back after a long day out and neither of these had been taken care of - nice! So the fridge is a lost cause at this point and called the front desk about the towels. They said if I wanted towels I’d have to come down and get them, which would be fine except it was more like a command - like if you want the towels, you need to haul yourself down here and get them. So went down for my towels and guess what - they don’t have any wash cloths and don’t have access to housekeeping. Well if they had brought the towels by this morning, this wouldn’t have been a problem. Last thing - we have a crack of dawn flight in the morning and I was told that the free breakfast can be transferred to dinner, if as in our case, we’ll be gone before breakfast is served. The server/front desk person confirmed that was fine. If it hadn’t been, I’d understand, but she confirmed 3 times that she could do that. I mean we only had soup & sides, so not a lobster dinner. When she left the check, still looks like she couldn’t figure it out and will have to see what the final bill looks like tomorrow. I have a feeling we got charged for dinner, and then the towel and fridge fiasco. I realize things happen, but it’s how they respond that matters. Hotel is nice, guest service leaves a lot to be desired unfortunately.

    Everything you need from an airport hotel

    Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was really clean, with a wonderful shower and super comfortable beds. It was amazingly quiet - no noise from outside or inside the hotel. Buffet breakfast provided a great range of choice, and everything seemed fresh. We used the shuttle bus to and from the airport, then public bus 300 into the centre of Krakow with no trouble. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you arrive in the evening and are unsure how long EES will take. It took us 2 hours to get through passport control.

    Very poor quality of food

    Room very clean , reception service very professional and polite. High score from us . Unfortunately our whole experience was spoiled once we decided to dine in the evening at the hotel. The Food had a poor quality and was served cold , after long wait . We had to ask ourselves after 40 mins when our ordered meals are going to be served. A lot of guests were waiting and had the same impression us us.Not much interest from working staff. One of ordered club sandwiches arriving after long wait with cold , soggy fries was the biggest disappointment. Sandwich was absolutely tasteless , dry , had literally no flavour .Not eatable . Chef should definitely reconsider quality of bread served . From club sandwich in in a hotel you expect more than a cheap white toasted bread , hard like a rock to cut down the cost of food. Saving on quality with every bit of sandwich presented on the plate , apart of old salad . Totally over priced for the quality served . Please if you ever visit this hotel avoid this position on offered Manu.

    Great value for money. Bad shuttle bus service.

    Room was quite nice but I had to change it due to shower not draining.Great breakfast that can substitute a dinner if one wishes so.Beware of the shuttle bus driver from Tina Parking. Very unpleasant individual. I was scheduled to take 10:30 am bus on December 20. The bus arrived at 10:15. I asked the driver if it was the 10:30 bus . He glanced at his watch and answered with single “no”. He arrived again at 10:30. I approached the bus which had its side and back doors opened. I wasn’t sure how to proceed. The driver just stared forward. No word from him. I asked if I should enter through the side door and how I should handle the luggage. He responded with anger and raised voice that obviously I was supposed to put the luggage myself at the back of the bus because they are not allowed to touch customers’ luggage. The whole interaction was in Polish so there was no language barrier. Either way, being polite and learn a few words like hello, luggage at the back, good bye etc is not too much to ask for. If it weren’t for the shuttle service I would give a 5 point rating.
