    Room was cramped. Two small drawers in the night stand. We stayed 5 nights. Difficult to live out of suitcases especially when there was only one luggage rack. Hotel said they didn't have extras. I used the ironing board as a luggage rack. Requested a non-slip tub mat. Hotel said they didn't have any. When chair at desk is pulled out to sit in you can't get around the bed. Breakfast was fine. Didn't like having to pay 60 złoty a night for parking and have to walk through the Doubletree Hotel to get to the car. Ordering an Uber had cars going tot he Double tree rather than the Hampton Inn. Front desk clerk at the Doubletree said she'd call a taxi but didn't, putting us behind schedule. I've stayed here four times since 2016 and have decided to stay somewhere else next time (2028).

    thank you very much for hospitality of your hotel , especially breakfasts were perfect , unforgettable Nataliia made everything for me feel like at home in Ukraine, at your hotel I met another woman from the service Halyna and Klaudia restauranyt supervisor , she was extremely kind and cared a lot about how I was. These are the super examples of multicultural and friendship and special attitute of your team of Hampton by Hilton Krakow ..     Hotel not centrally located and not worth the price unfortunately. Beds very comfortable however and incredibly clean. Pleasant stay for a few nights. Martina, the receptionist, was rude and unfriendly. She should not be allowed to interact with guests.

    Our stay here was lovely. The hotel is a little outside the centre of Krakow. However, we made the decision to download the Bolt app and get taxies each day to the main square which worked and was really cheap. The hotel staff are wonderful and the rooms are tidy, very clean and very comfortable. The pricing was reasonable and came with breakfast every day. The breakfast offers a really really good choice of options and we enjoyed our stay. The staff are lovely and cannot do enough for you. The only advice I would give to the hotel is to get their staff to smile more as they can come across as quite unfriendly when that is the opposite of the case. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
