This stylish and luxurious hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old town, only minutes away from the main market square, Kazimierz Jewish Quarter, Wawel Castle, the central train and bus station and the biggest shopping centres in Krakow. This is probably the best-located luxurious hotel in town. The building is unique architectural blend of a 19th century palace surrounded by modern buildings.

Facility

The hotel has 154 rooms, including 10 suites, 3 studios and 20 single rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. The location is very good. Comfortable and quiet room if a little dated. Very helpful reception who allowed an early check in. Would stay again.

A Great Stay at the Holiday Inn Krakow City Centre

The hotel was in a great location, just a few minutes' walk to the main square, and around 15 mins or so from the Jewish Quarter. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was perfect: it was quiet, comfy and very clean; housekeeping came each day. We ate one evening in the bar/lounge, and both the food and service were excellent, and it was reasonably priced, too. Breakfast was excellent with a very good selection of hot and cold food. I couldn't fault anything about the hotel and would definitely stay there again should we visit Krakow. Really nice stay in a good location. My room was a good size and the cleaners were very good. The breakfast options were extensive, would definitely stay again. Good location, clean and neat rooms, value for money and very friendly and helpful staff. Most of the tourist attractions are at a walkable distance from the hotel.
