    You can’t polish a turd

We arrived at the Hotel and was greeted by Miserable reception staff, the male asked me if I were in the right place? Well I’m not sure we had just been dropped off by our transfer, turns out we were in the right place but I had to ask him to confirm this, he did with a grunt. The staff at the hotel are very good at noticing you approach and then turning their backs and looking busy. Then a couple of days into our stay 6 coaches of teenage children arrived, they were feral and clearly not being supervised, messing in the lifts, running round the corridors and knocking on room doors, I did fill out a complaint form but they didn’t acknowledge it, the second night was so bad I went to reception to complain, I was told they have silence hours after 10pm, I can confirm this does not happen, it was 1pm and the children were still banging doors and acting wild.We stripped our beds on the morning of departure and the mattress was stained with I really want to say coffee. We picked this hotel due to it being a little out of the city centre thinking it would be quite but it was not, it was loud, children everywhere and parents not parenting. The bar staff are rude and unwelcoming especially the plump man with the ponytail, purposely serving men before women.I would not stop at this hotel again

    Unhelpful

    rating31 May 2026

When we arrived the reception staff was just rude and un helpful, the man who's got a ponytail who works behind the bar is very unhelpful and very ignorant, the 2nd night here we got greeted by feral children running up and down the halls constantly knocking on doors screaming and shouting, personally if we knew they'd of been a school trip coming we'd of not booked this hotel, when we walk through reception the women alwsys turn there back to us to 'seem busy the place is just very unhelpful and makes me feel like iv waisted my hard earned money amd time coming to this particular hotel! The rooms are cleaned by such a lovely cleaner who would help us as much as she can but the other staff are just not very nice at all!!! Honestly I wouldn't recommend staying here at all!

Not the best at all. Poor attitude staff.

    rating02 Jan 2026

Booked this for a new year trip, where do I start..Trams running ALL night literally 50ft from the front of the hotel, even with windows closed it kept us awake. It was ridiculous but unavoidable. I'd advise on that basis to avoid this place.Very very poor Comms from the staff, some were totally useless and couldn't even remember our drinks order, the rest were totally rude and obnoxious, we honestly felt like we shouldn't have been there, we actually thought it was because we were English which wasn't great.Room and cleaning. Room itself was generally ok, beds are singles pushed together but with single sheets! Pillows, they felt like patoto sacks, only one each so had to get extra, you'd have thought we asked for the world.Shower tray was cracked nipping your feet when showering and full of dirt, this room should have been closed really.Toilet roll holder fell off the wall on first use. There was no cleaning, replacement of condiments, no clean towels unless you asked for them before 10am, when we did ask it seemed a big deal to them.Overall we felt not welcomed. I would payore and go somewhere better.Check the reviews. We never 🫤

Lovely room, but WiFi was terrible

    rating09 Jul 2025

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we had a pleasant stay. The room was really nice (I loved the decor) and was cleaned everyday. Zakrzówek Park is only a 15 minute walk away from this hotel and I highly recommend giving it a visit if you get the chance. It has stunning views of the water and the pools are free to use as long as it's not at max capacity. You might even come across the Elvis Presley monument if you take the right path! If you are looking to go into the Old Town however, this hotel is a bit of a distance away. It took us roughly about an hour to walk there, but there is a tram line directly outside the hotel which can be convenient for getting around. The downside to the tram line though, is that you can hear it from the room even when the window is closed and they keep going all through the night. We also discovered that the air conditioning doesn't work if the window is open so you can only have one or the other. The worst part about our stay was that the WiFi at this hotel dropped every 2 seconds and sometimes wouldn't even let you reconnect. The batteries for our remote in the room also weren't working and when I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk her words to me were "that's not possible" and didn't offer any replacements. Instead she said that she would let the engineer know... We managed to get the batteries to work for a short amount of time by taking them in and out constantly, but they would only work for a minute before they would die again. We also had separate covers even though we were in a double bed, which was quite unusual. Despite the small inconveniences we really enjoyed our stay as we spent most of our time exploring Krakow. The best part was we ordered take out using the Glovo app for fairly cheap and it got delivered straight to our hotel room. I recommend this hotel if you are looking to visit Zakrzówek Park or if you don't mind being further away from the Old Town.

    Very bad traitment!

    rating17 Dec 2024

Very bad traitment! If you want to stay in a hotel room for 4 nights that isn’t cleaned, doesn’t provide cleaning supplies, doesn’t change towels and sheets, and offers a shared bathroom with a colleague—without a bidet and even without shampoo for showering—think twice. Despite our insistence on the last night, not only did they fail to provide the necessary items, but the staff kept shifting responsibility to one another without giving us any answers. The worst happened the next day when all the receptionists, one after the other, pretended not to know about the issue, and so did the manager. For a week, they have been misleading us via email, pretending they would compensate us, but after providing the account number for reimbursement, they started asking for the card number and its security code. Beware of this kind of management!
