    I was expecting high hopes for this hotel. There was no shampoo or shower gel. The receptionist was really rude and was very sarcastic and rolled her eyes at us. Would not recommend.

    Lufthansa sent us here, it feels like a flophouse. The hotel is dirty, smell like smoke, no air-condition, but in the winter time they charge an extra 15 PLN if you want heat.There are two chairs, sitting on them feels like some kind of punishment, There is no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. The furniture probably dates back to early communist area..The only positive is that the breakfast was halfway decent. The location is awful, it is far from everything. it is located in a residential area, no stores, restaurants nothing. We feel like the airline kidnapped us. The phone has been cleaned probably before the last communist left the country.Avoid it by all means, and if the airline assigns this hotel to you complain immediately and refuse it.

    I was sent to this hotel by easy jet in july after my flight got cancelled. One big nightmare. The hotel is very dirty, dead flies in drink fridge, leaking shower, no air-conditioning ( 30'C in the room). I reported poor hygiene in this hotel to sanepid, but I can see from recent reviews that sadly nothing change in this hotel after sanepid inspection

    Called Budget for a reason

    Our first room was very basic, the mattresses so hard they felt like concrete, but we asked for and paid for an upgrade the next day and were transfered to a very nice room. This hotel is called the Budget hotel Daisy for a reason. Don't expect the Ritz, but it is a budget hotel.

    Horrendous service, hotel staff very unfriendly and we’re not welcoming when entering. The pool was dirty and freezing, when I alerted staff they were not bothered and said it was 28 degrees which it certainly was NOT. Also had to paid an extra charge to use the pool. When booked, we booked double bed however when entering the room it was two twin beds which were rock hard and so uncomfortable.Extremely dangerous lighting which showed live wiring and lamps flashed. I don’t know how this hotel is still open and functioning.As for the breakfast it was awful. Cold, stale bread and extremely disappointing. Definitely one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.Taxi required to reach town centre.Certainly would not recommend to anybody.
