I stayed at the delta hotel on the 2nd of march till the 5th of march. Lovely little hotel very friendly and help full.I went with my son and they went out there way to make are beds as singles and let us go in are room before 2pm.Lovely little spread for breakfast, no problems with WiFi very quiet. We will definitely stay again. We spoke to one of the owners also and he informed us he also has 11 other accommodations, lovey man will definitely be looking up there other accommodations too. Delta hotels.pl have a look AMAZING 👏 😍 😉

Clean, comfortable hotel in a good location. The staff are helpful and attentive. We have been staying in this hotel several times before and liked it all. Especially very thankful for free coffee/tea in the lobby - it was great after a long journey! (Tourists from Ukraine)

Good room (a bit small for a triple). It wasn't set up but they quickly sent someone to assist. Very helpful staff. Location is a bit far (20 mins walk from old town) but Uber is so cheap it makes it worth. Breakfast was not great but otherwise the hotel is good value for money.

We stayed at the Hotel Delta during October half term. Check in was quick and easy. The rooms although a bit small were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable which is what you need after a full day sightseeing! The shower was powerful and always plenty of hot water. Complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby was great and to sit and chat with other guests. Breakfast was good value and plentiful and set you up for the day. Staff organised our trip to Auschwitz which is a must! All the Staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the centre. There was a great pizzeria 5 minutes walk away to the left of the hotel as you come out of the main doors which was very cheap to eat (steak, chips , salad £7 and a glass of Prosecco £2) very nice!!! All in all we would definitely recommend and return ourselves. If you go on the horse and carriages or the electric buggy sightseeing tours barter them down with the prices you can get a lot better deal!

booked this hotel for a week rated 3 star actually very nice when i got there reception staff are very friendly and helpful hotel finished to a high standard only a 16 room hotel breakfast was optional which i never used location it a good 15 minute walk from the centre i found location ideal tbh some day i had an uber which comes in handy around krakow i would stay here again you do get a bit of road noise if you on the front like me i found it ok
