Great location for walking around the best parts of Kraków and a shopping centre where auschwitz tours pickup. Superb breakfasts.Downside was the train line outside my room but I didn't stay inside for it to bother me too much

The hotel is lovely and can't complain about the room. I found the staff a bit rude though. Location isn't the best and there's no parking for the car. Apart from that, it was quiet, comfortable and with a good variety of choices for the breakfast.

    Wouldn’t stay here again

Upon arrival we had a sense of dread as there was a railway line running right along side the hotel! The trains were constant, running in, then out of Krakow main train station! Our room was right next to the luggage room so people were constantly right outside our door! The breakfast was bread and salad! Or hotdog sausages and runny scrambled eggs. I had to request the toaster one morning as it hasn’t been put out. The staff were very rude when I asked but they did go and get it.None of the staff were helpful or friendly, you felt like you were inconveniencing them if you asked anything. The rooms were dark and not very inviting, two single beds pushed together with two single quilts, very low to the ground. There was no lounge or bar to relax in of an evening so the rooms could have been more inviting! No milk at all and the coffee and tea were not topped up at all so we went and bought our own. There was a dirty sock left in our room from the people before us.We also had the mis fortune of a school trip staying one of the nights so it was very loud with young teenagers running up and down corridors and stairs and blocking them all off when you needed to pass.

    Good value - great location.

Stayed here for 4 nights with a group of friends - twin rooms were provided we were welcomed with an english speaking receptionist which was helpful. We were given a room card for each room (strange that there weren't two - we enquired and they were strict on only 1 per room). We were situated on the 1st floor - with a room facing inwards (so not much in the way of a view). The rooms were very tidy and clean albeit a bit dark from the wood panelled walls. Rooms did not have: Iron, safe nor anything in the fridge. However, there was a very nice bathroom with a sizeable shower and tea making facilities in the room as well as a TV. The TV only had 1 english channel BBC World News which was fine. The breakfast options at the hotel are typically european with cold meats and cheese and tomatoes options. Bread, cereal and a few bakery products were also available. Tea and coffee was available, although not very nice at all. Juice, milk and water were also freely available. It would be great if they had labels for the food though. The hotel staff were accommodating where we spoke to them for extra toilet roll/ coffee/creamer. Important to note: they do not clean your room unless you explicitly ask them to which worked out well for us as we weren't too fussed. There are a number of local shops a minutes walk from the hotel if you require anything and a 5 minute walk to the huge shopping centre attached the the Krakow-Glowny train station which was 20 minutes train ride from the Airport.Overall - this hotel was a great location for us and offered everything we needed. As we were located facing away from the train tracks, i can't say I heard any trains that kept me up. I would stay here again but probably not for 4 nights. Great value, I would recommend it to anyone looking to be close to the centre of Krakow-Glowny.

    Lovely hotel, terrible staff!!

    rating06 Aug 2020

Recently stayed here for 2 nights, found the hotel lovely, modern, and very clean. Rooms are very comfortable and up-to date, unfortunately, I found the staff very unprofessional and lacking in basic customer service skills.Having worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, and have a good understanding of the basic requirements in customer service.Simple requests such as an extra tea bag was denied, as I was told by a young member of staff (Michael) that the teas and coffees were a starter pack. The customer service skills of the 2 reception staff I in countered would make me look else where for accommodation, in future visits to a brilliant city.
