    Extremely disappointing experience at Ibis Krakow Centrum. The AC didn’t work for all 3 nights, and despite complaining every day, nothing was ever resolved — just endless excuses. Worse than the broken AC was how dismissive and unprofessional the staff were about it. I was repeatedly told it was being handled, clearly just to get rid of me. For the price I paid, this kind of treatment is simply unacceptable. Avoid.

    Staff - Hit or miss, some were quite rude and some were more than helpful within the hotelRoom - standard size, clean ish but room flooring is quite stained that gives it a slight dirty affect. Can hear corridor noise quite clearly. TV’s are not smart. We had 2 twin beds, they were very uncomfy and each day woke up with a sore back and kneck. Only 1 pillow per bed with no option for more.Location - Has a supermarket right outside and 3 local shops near the hotel as well as a pharmacy and petrol garage. Also plenty of food options close by too and a restaurant within the hotel. Around a 10-15 walk to the city centre.Facilities within the hotel - Water machines for water bottles, restaurant in house, rent a bike

    I booked into this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is not in the most salubrious area but it isn't far from the castle and taxis are very cheap to go into the Old Town from there. The rooms are quite small and I wasn't keen on the red black and grey decor, the carpet never looked clean to me however the clearing of the rest of the room was very good and my bed was perfectly made every evening. The first two nights I slept well although the king size bed felt like 2 pushed together with a channel in the middle. However the problems started when a group of teenagers turned up and my third night was horrendous. These idiots were slamming doors all night and screaming like demented people. It went on from late afternoon through to the small hours and despite several calls to reception , this racket only stopped at 2.30am and I was up at 6. After speaking to reception the following morning I was assured that they were checking out that day, but low and behold it started up again at about the same time early evening only louder. It was impossible to sleep and I had to be up at 4am the following day to catch a flight. It only stopped at almost 3am.i do not believe the hotel took me seriously. Yes I was listened to but nothing happened and after one night of hell this should have been resolved. They had an older figure, perhaps a teacher with the party of boys and he should have been spoken to. One young woman on reception was laughing when I said I would go and speak to them myself whilst telling me not to. Two nights with almost no sleep is just not acceptable. These boys were obnoxious at breakfast touching all the bread and breaking wind at the table but nobody said anything to them, where was any security at night when the kids were screaming and blasting out music while slamming doors? Disgraceful and spoilt my trip to Krakow.

    I traveled here with my 13yr old son and stayed for 4 nights and From first arriving we were greeted with a warm welcome and were checked in swiftly, room was what you needed, comfy bed clean crisp linen extra pillow if needed, room was clean and checked daily by cleaning lady I booked room only as if you wanted breakfast you can pay on the day, plenty of things to choose from, hot counter with scrambled eggs, sausages, mixed cold sliced meats cheeses etc, fresh fruits and juices.. I found the food and service great. Reception was 24hrs and were extremely helpful in giving information on trips and sight seeing, I asked if they could call a taxi and within 2 minutes taxi came. Overall the staff are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble, all around the hotel is very clean and quiet a very relaxed environment Will book again 100%

    Pros Hotel was clean Room Clean Very quiet ConsRestaurant closed every night when we were there not even an option to get a drink of water bought bottles from shop which needed bottle opener staff could not even provide this as they said restaurant closed although situated right next to reception and accessible.Tv only had 1 Chanel which was not English. No one told us that we could use Novotel next door which was very disappointing as we sat in room for 2 nights after being out on trips all day thinking there was nothing to do and no where to even get a drink when all along we could go next door which had a children’s area, restaurant, bar, Games room and swimming pool.Staff on the Friday and Sunday not helpful what so ever also not friendly This is very poor from the staff considering the money spent to stay at this hotel and to have no facilities, or even giving the option to use next door.Walk to main square approx 20 minutes
