Just off main square friendly helpfull polite staff stayed in a deluxe room bathroom was huge with powerfull shower hotel was spotlessly clean throughout good choice at breakfast

Highly recommend this lovely hotel. It's in a prime location, a stone's throw from the main Square. So easy access to restaurants and bars in this fabulous Square. Hotel is extremely clean. Staff are polite and friendly. It's very safe. Room was good, enormous bathroom! Breakfast was great with a good choice. Would return to Hotel Jan.

We had a 4 night stay at the hotel Jan, and have nothing but praise for our experience. The Reception desk (24 hour), who were so helpful in booking our tours for us, and giving general information. The cleanliness of all the public areas was amazing, and this also carried over into our room. Room and bathroom Housekeeping was done on a daily basis. The breakfast has had praise over multiple reviews, and ours is no different. Again, everything was so clean, with an excellent choice. Also the way each dish was immaculately presented each day, must have taken hours to prepare.To sum up, everybody was friendly, the hotel has a calm, quiet and warm, welcoming atmosphere. It is in a perfect location, the staff give great service and the hotel is great value for money. If we return to Krakow this will be our hotel of choice.

Wife and i stayed here 3 nights april 2026.Room was on the top floor, very quiet,number 28, with a great view over the rooftops towards krakus mound.Everything in room was fine, comfortable bed, very clean etc.Breakfast was dead-on, fruit, toast etc, just the usual really.All staff were polite and friendly.Hotel is in an unreal location, one minute walk to main square - hard to beat.Enjoyed it here and can recommend without hesitation👍

The hotel is fine, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming and we felt it was overpriced for what we got, but the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is good too. Hotel transfers are included but they’re not free, you’ll pay 130z each way which is about 5 times the going rate. Save your money and transfer with Uber or Bolt for 30z. The hotel just use local taxis for this and the driver we got was extremely rude and intimidating towards me and my two daughters, so we refused his journey (he then got even more aggressive!) and we used Bolt instead which was fantastic. The hotel is 3* and it was fine for our short trip as it was just a base to sleep in.
