  avoid this dirty place

  Very dirty room with hair on the floor and strange spots.. Bathroom was also very dirty with black spots in a shower (mould?).rooms are non smoking which was good. Noise from the street and railway line unbearable. No communication to the city centre. No restaurants or shops around the hotel.

  We stayed 3 nights here as a base to explore,its approx 3.2km outside krakow but only takes about 25 min to wal in to center or a couple of minutes by public transport.Hotel is very nice and clean but i would class more of a B&B as no restaurant,no bar and no tea/coffee facilities so take your own.Traditional Polish breakfast which we found very limited on finding something to eat. I did find a couple of members of staff a little rude as the kept on about settling bill over the 3 day stay,i felt like i was not trusted.But overall a great base to lay ya head. 3 night stay for 2 rooms cost £98 with a so called breakfast.

  We were given room no.2. Most of the rooms have windows to the street, so if you want to leave the window open, it's really noisy. This room was really sunny and hot and the furniture was old and banged up. All the decorations in the room are full of dust. The bathroom is very small and not properly ventilated. This room had a perticular smell and moist air. The breakfast was decent, but poor variaty. The garden and the terace are poorly maintained. No towel change in 2 days, we had to ask for some more toilet paper.It;s pretty close to the center, it was easy to drive with personal car.Too expensive for what they offer!

  The apartment is very beautiful and cosy. The hotel staff is very very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend! I eager to get back there sometime. And additionally Cracow is extremaly beautiful!

  I don't see how this can be described as a hotel when it is surely a hostel ? We stayed here for the last 3 nights of a 10 night fantastic stay in Krakow and booked it based on the written description which refers to each apartment having a WIFI, yes but it did not work for around 12 hrs during our stay. I know this was probably not their fault but it was inconvenient to me as I work using the internet. Also, the description referred to each apartment having a kitchen. In fact the kitchen/dining area is shared, as it is in a hostel set up; this is fine if you want a hostel but we didn't and for the same price and with some careful research you will find an apartment with private faciities - try Homeaway or similar site . Having had many wonderful years of sharing and cleaning my own kitchen at home for my wonderful family, I prefer not to have to ask grown up ladies to remove their debris from the kitchen work top so that I can prepare my own coffee and snack! Yes this happened here on day one- rather irritating! It was too late to start looking around for anything else so we decided to accept the situation and make the best of it. If I was really stuck for anywhere to stay I would use Florian, the bed was big and comfortable enough with clean sheets and clean towels provided. The bathroom was clean and the shower fine. There was nowhere to dry any bits of washing and the only window, situated in the bedroom, opened onto an outside doorway and steps used by others and quite often as a smoking area so we were rather concerned about security... and the cigarette odour ! Sorry but I know I can get better than this.
