The hotel lies in the historic city centre, just a five-minute walk from the Main Square and only 15 min from the Royal Castle on Wawel Hill. Krakow is an astonishing city with a very long and rich history, which reflects in the outstanding atmosphere and extensive tourist offer. This hotel is perfect place, both for individual and business guests, thanks to its perfect location in the city center. As a result, guests are able to explore and discover the city. It is worth to mention that hotel is located only 800 m from Wawel Castle and 600 m from Market Square.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 2 suites, 2 apartments, 3 single rooms and 39 double rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided to guests. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Lovely hotel in quite relaxed area only 5 minute walk to main square.Staff were welcoming and check in only took a few minutes.Rooms are clean and very nice would highly recommend and will stay here again when I next visit .

    Lovely place. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Check in was quick. We were st the back of the hotel and the room was warm and quiet. A little on the small side but adequate for a couple of nights. The bathroom was great. Shower was powerful and the shower gel supplied is good. The minibar is well stocked and reasonably priced if you haven't stocked up with drinks and snacks. These are definitely cheaper in the nearby shops. The square is only a few minutes walk away. There is so much to see and do in Krakow we ate planning a return visit in a couple of years.

    Great location for exploring Krakow old town and Kazimierz. Lovely large rooms with good facilities kettle and minibar in room. Staff very welcoming, Max was a great bar host . Can't recommend this hotel enough ♥️

    No privacy in bathroom

    Hotel is about 15mins walk to main square. There is a convenient shop and costa coffee just 2mins walk away. Room is small but has tea/coffee amenities and toiletries. Bed was comfortable and shower was great with plenty hot water and pressure. Downside is the bathroom has absolutely no privacy you can see right in even with the black decor anyone tall can see right in on you on the toilet - nor soundproof😓 I wouldn't book this hotel if I were on a honeymoon. But if I was travelling solo then it's fine.
