    Lovely Hotel, Great Location

    We stopped in the M29 Hotel for a week in June 2026. The whole experience was exceptional, definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The room was clean and well presented, a joy to return to after a day's sight seeing. All staff were extremely helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Dima in reception was very personable and helpful. The hotel is located in a very good location for a sight seeing trip to Krakow. We found it to be in a good walking distance to the Old Town, the Jewish Quarter and castle etc. The local bars s resturants were also very good.

    We can’t fault anything with this hotel,the staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were spoilt for choice at Breakfast!All in all we are definitely going back to this hotel when we visit Krakow next year.     This is my second visit and can't praise the hotel enough.Everything was brilliant from the minute we arrived to the minute we left.The hotel provided us with a packed breakfast when our tour was moved to a very early start at very short noticed.Nothing is too much trouble.I very much hope to see you again very soon.
