    Fabulous Hotel.Nice and Quiet.Friendly Staff, Happy to Help.Very Clean Hotel and Rooms.A few minutes walk from a supermarket.10 minutes walk to the tram.20 minutes ish by tram to the old Kraków centre.We will certainly be going back.

    the hotel its self was loverly and clean and cannot fault any of the staff however its not for the tourist at all more buisness people and others who want to use the pool or leisure facilities. its too far out from the city centre and involves at least 30 min tram ride at 3.40 zloty one way.

    The hotel really isnt for tourists as it is a good 30 minutes by taxi to any attractions such as the old town, it is ideal for business people, it is located in built up area at the back of an industrial site. The hotel really needs updating although my son and I had booked 2 single rooms this room could of fitted into the corner of my bedroom as I was lucky enough to be given a suite with 2 bathrooms, but the curtains didn't fit properly so morning sun shone through the gaps, the air conditioning was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. The indoor pool isnt very private as you walk into the hotel the pool is on view to everyone who passes by the glass screening.

    hotel room is very retro looking but very tidy and had most things you need except kettle and welcome pack.swimming pool was ok and sauna worked for 1 day but great to could get up and swim.staff in the hotel were very curtious and helpful Robert and Paulina were hear and funny to thanks to them for there help.would come back again.so close to arena for concerts and only 10 15 mins from the square which has some great places to visit and so many resturants

    big thanks to robert and paulina for making us welcome good staff and value for money and they dealt with us good restaurant not bad breakfast not really cater for english ppl to many hearings and swimming pool ok sauna only worked once
