  This is a good place to stay; location excellent, rooms big and comfy, breakfast adequate and very clean. Beds were good, so sleep quality excellent.Why not full score; the reception was fairly efficient but staff should learn how to smile to their guests.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, mainly due to the attitude and lack of support from front desk staff.On arrival, I was travelling alone with a dog, a large crate, and four suitcases, and clearly struggling. I had to ask for help to get to my room, and although one staff member eventually assisted, he appeared reluctant and inconvenienced rather than willing to help.The female receptionist was also cold and unhelpful. When I asked about food (specifically if chicken was still being served), she responded in a demeaning and dismissive manner, appearing to mock or question how I was speaking instead of simply answering the question. The interaction felt unnecessarily uncomfortable and unprofessional.The following day, when checking out, I was again alone managing all of my luggage and my dog. Despite the hotel advertising itself as dog-friendly (and charging extra for this), I was told that no assistance was available. This was particularly frustrating as I had seen additional staff moments earlier.What was most concerning was the explanation given — I was told that the porter could not assist because he “would not be able to help with a dog.” This was handled poorly and left me in a difficult situation with no support. Thankfully, another guest witnessed this and kindly stepped in to help me instead.Overall, the experience was unwelcoming, unhelpful, and disappointing, especially when travelling alone with significant luggage and a pet.I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

  No help from Expedia or the Hotel when it came to a refund. Greed has no bounds, they even kept the cleaning money.

  I am 82 years old & have been diagnosed with cancer; I had to cancel my stay. I booked the room via Expedia on Nov 4, 2025 & canceled with the hotel in Jan 2026. Rm rate $144.74 Canadian and received only $14.50 in return. Greed seems to have no bounds as the hotel also charged me for cleaning the room in which I did not use. I do not reccomend this hotel or the Expedia Group, which also includes Air BnB, Expedia, Hotels.com, Vrbo, Travelocity, Orbitz, Wolf and Triago.

  George was very nice and very helpful. Check in was super easy and we were able to check in a little early and catch a nap before exploring. The room was nice and the location was excellent. We were able to walk to the Christmas market and other places of interest. I would highly recommend this hotel.

  This is a very beautiful and well-maintained hotel, offering excellent facilities such as a gym and a sauna. Breakfast is well organized and plentiful, with a wide variety of options.At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Demuri, who was extremely kind and also makes an excellent coffee. I would also like to mention Kelly, another barista we spoke with today — she was equally friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to chat with.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Frankfurt. It is a great place to stay, combining comfort, quality service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
