    Good hotel for a short break

    A good base to explore Krakow from. The rooms are basic and quite old fashioned, but are clean and well presented. Plenty available for breakfast (continental with a good fresh coffee machine). Only down side is there's no air-conditioning so windows need to be opened, especially during hot months and the street is very noisy at night. So, if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Not the hotels fault, just a tip.     An excellent choice. Dated but scrupulously clean and comfortable. Brilliant location within walking distance of all major attractions as well as restaurants and bars in abundance. Staff welcoming and efficient land the breakfast was varied and tasty. Highly recommend if you’re happy with a decent place to lay your head whilst focusing on getting out and about.     Very good hotel, great price

    Location is perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our 3 beds room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and large. We left the hotel on both mornings that we stayed there before 7am when dining room opens. Instead, they prepared us packed breakfast. A great hotel and a low price for the rooms made it even better.     Work Site directly to the rear of the Hotel.

    The Hotel is clean, friendly and good breakfast. Location is also oretty good.Unfortunately the rear of the premises is a building site, so you'll be woken up at 7:30 am whether you want to be or not. Jack Hammers going, angle grinders workmen shouting etc etc. Such a shame and likely to go on for months as they're only currently on the basement. This site is immediately next to the hotel.     Appalling hotel

    Absolutely terrible hotel!!! In a bad location avoid Ubers will drop u off but won’t pick u up from the hotel don’t know why u have to go to the meeting point which is about 5-10 mins walk Check in was a nightmare couldn’t get in our room the key card wouldn’t work!! The receptionist wanted me to make 2 sep payments but I refused I made 1 booking so shouldn’t have to do 2 sep payments just cause I booked 2 rooms Had to go down twice to sort the key card out!!! They had managed to sort out the key issue but the room was so warm I had to sleep with the window open but u had work men outside making so much noise Breakfast is down on minus level one but it was appalling there was only one coffee machineThe food was appalling the staff wasn’t helpful in the restaurant either the hot food was literally nothing!!! The eggs didn’t even look cooked!!! Instead of taking the old hot food away they just threw in the fresh stuff on top of the old the hotel area didn’t feel safe at all never again there is a lift but bit ropey the shower was the only good thing about it towels need updating bed was ok and so was the pillow u can walk into the old town but it’s a good 20-30min walk Anna Stefańczyk, General Manager at Hotel Regent, responded to this review Thank you for your feedback – even the critical ones are extremely important to us.
