What you want from one hotel. To be clean,to be friendly,big breakfast and feel like home... This hotel has it all. We spent a short Christmass break in here and we are very happy with out choice. Krakow it self is a place must to see. So if you have a chance to visit dont think twice👍

Lovely hotel fresh. Clean. Lovely bar cheaper than the center. Nice breakfast. Only 25 zloty taxi to center. Lovely helpful staff. Value for money. Enjoyed my stay. Could have paid double. Parking. Great Internet access.

Came here with friends from school. Friendly staff, good value for money. Hotel about 15 minute tram journey from the centre, with the tram stop being around 10 minute walk from the hotel. All round good stay.

Very friendly and helpful Staff at the Front Desk and in the Restaurant. We were staying during NY Eve and they propsed late chcek out for all Guests after NY party. It was a nice gesture.General comfort of sleeping (beds, pillows) to improve.

Easy access by tram to citycenter (10 min)Really good breakfastNice with balconyExcellent staffA la carte meals eveningtime was not as good as breakfastThey really have to change curtains, our room was so light early (6 am) in the morning that we thought that it was like 2 o'clock in the afternoon.The room was quite warm as well...But in general, I like the hotel and would gladly go back there.Stayed in room 104, avoid that if you hate to wake up in to sunlight:)
