    Unpleasant experience with a receptionist

    Very bad behavior from the receptionist. I called to ask about informations before booking and this person was very unpleasant, rude and ended up hunging up the phone on my face which is intolerable. Would definitely never take this place as an option.I’m glad because i didn’t make my reservation with them.

    Nice, friendly and helpful staff, quick check in, Nice and very clean room. Excellent location. Good Breakfast. Easy access to many attractions, waling distance almost everywhere. Good value for money. I would recommended it.

    Great location for old town sightseeing.clean and cosy rooms.good choice and tasty buffet breakfast.very friendly and helpful staff.for those on a tight budget but still getting plenty for your money.

    This hostel is simple, clean, tidy with nice staff. We like the place, affordable and accessible to everything. Just 5 minutes walk to the Krakow main square and all restaurants. It is also near to Krakow Glowny and easy to find.The staff are all nice, helpful and kind. Guiding us to the places, and restaurants to try. The breakfast was okay, simple but freshly served and clean. We will definitely recommended this place to everybody. Our room was good for group of friends.

    Went on a stag do. Had a room with 9 beds which was perfect for what we needed. No frills, cheap place to stay. Breakfast was usual continental and included in price. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
