  Great location not far from the main square. Lovely hotel and room. Got a free upgrade. Very clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Only small negative would be that there wasn’t a hotel bar we could just walk in to for a nightcap. There was a bar in the basement but it was part of the casino and to enter you had to register for the casino, show passports etc so we just didn’t bother. Didn’t spoil our stay though. We were given a 15% off voucher for their sister restaurant, Trattoria Degusti, which had really good food.   Perfect Location, Perfect Holiday

  This hotel is absolutely great. We stayed for 4 nights over the last weekend and the hotel was perfect for us. The location is phenomenal, literally a minutes walk from the Basilica and you could hear the trumpet being played on the hour from the hotel room (don't worry it's not through the night!). It is right in the middle of the old town but just further enough out so it's not too loud at nighttime. Staff were friendly enough although we didnt require help whilst we were there. We didn't use the food or bar facilities as there are so many lovely places in old town to try! Room was simple but just what we needed. Iron, ironing board, kettle, tv and safe in the room along with toiletries to use in the bathroom. The room was immaculate and the cleaner came every day to make beds tidy/empty bins/change towels etc. Only little peeve I had was when we put our do not disturb sign on our door as we had had a long day the night before and wanted a lie in, the maid proceeded to knock on our door until we answered and asked if we wanted the room cleaning. As you can imagine this was a little frustrating as we had put the sign out! But I wont let it cost the hotel marks as every other cleaner we had was perfectly fine. My boyfriend went to the gym thats onsite, it was very simple, a treadmill, crosstrainer and some basic equipment but enough for a little work out! Overall we absolutely loved this hotel and we will 100% stay here again when coming back to Krakow. Superb location, friendly staff and fab rooms. Only 2 mins max walk to the old town square, 9 minute walk to Auchwitz coach station pick up.   The hotel was easy walking distance to all tourist facilities in old town Krakow. Very friendly hotel staff in all departments. Reception provided assistance (prior to arrival) to book day trips to Auschwitz and also to the Salt Mines. Room service maintained a high standard of cleanliness.   Excellent location, bright beautiful rooms.

  Excellent location and just off the strip with easy access to everywhere. We booked a twin room which was huge. We didn’t eat there but the restaurant looked lovely. The only issue we had was the room was cold and we couldn’t get the heating to work despite it being a simple dial. On asking at the desk they were quick to try sort out the issue and provided extra duvets in case the heating wasn’t fixed quickly. Staff were lovely.   Great location.Quiet.Fab breakfast.

  This hotel is just off Floriaska street which is one of the main streets off the main square.Room has soundproofed windows so despite our room overlooking floriaska street we heard very little from outside.Air conditioned rooms.Rooms are extremely clean.Heated floor tiles in the bathroom.Hairdryer,Iron/Ironing board were all in our room.Breakfast is lovely and sets you up for the day.Great choice of foods.There is a sauna in the hotel should you wish to use it.As we were being picked up early for a tour we were going to miss our breakfast time.A breakfast bag was supplied each of us.Wow…OJ,Water,Apple,Pear,Breakfast bagel,Ham salad roll .3 slices of cake in each bag.There is no restaurant or bar in this hotel but there is a great bar just across the road from the hotel where there is a live band playing most nights.
