  The hotel is not close to the center, in fact it is at least 3 km away and that is quite a distance for those who do not want to use trams and taxis (we did not understand much about official/unofficial/white/colored/Uber taxis...).Otherwise: friendly and attentive staff. Clean rooms, but the bathroom only had two large shower towels and nothing else. Upon returning, I learned that room cleaning is done every four days, or upon request. Breakfast is plentiful and clean. The attached restaurant (open continuously from noon to 10:00 PM!) is the jewel in the crown of the property: young and enthusiastic staff; Michelin-starred dishes (see my review of the bar Chill##53).In conclusion, I think I would recommend it and would gladly return.   Arrived for 3 night stay to a lovely welcome by reception.booked in quickly and found our room straight away.just your typical ibis style hotel,very clean.coffee and tea station outside lifts which was handy also cold water.only problem no milk..the hotel is great for tram service as literally just a few steps away.great getting all around krakow.our only moan was the breakfast went down first morning and was so disappointed,choice was shocking.dont think its value for money so we went elsewhere.i would recommend this hotel but only for a few nights.

  The hotel gives good value for money. Basic amenities, cleanness and friendly staff. Quite good breakfast, without any extra surprises. Nice modern room, well air-conditioned. To be honest I don’t understand a lack of a kettle and tea in the room, as it seems to be a standard for 3-stars hotels. You need to go to the corridor to make a tea or an instant coffee. In terms of drinking water it’s ok to avoid plastic or glass waste, but when speaking of the tea or coffee quite inconvenient. Well connected with the city centre, as it takes only 5 minutes by tram to get to the main railway station (Krakow Glowny).Overall the hotel is a good choice for a short stay, with limited amenities and basic services.

  Very nice hotel, accomodating restaurant, good food and excellent customer service

  Great hotel, great service and great locationWhen we arrived, it was late, and even though it was 15 min until the kitchen closure, we could order a meal for 3. Very good food and lovely service at the restaurant. We stayed 3 nights, close to the centre, within walking distance if you like walking, small grocery shops around! Spacious room and very very good-sized bathroom. It would be nice to have 1-2 extra towels. Great idea with soda water at the hall. Unfortunately one morning, staff at restaurant was serving breakfast and other staff was preparing other side of restaurant for some meeting. No one really want sell coffee. I get it not being able to sit but coffee for take away would be great! The best of stay was Ms Agnieszka! Great customer service at the reception!!!! You are very lucky to have her. Thank you for being so nice, helpful and accommodating!!! Definitely, we will stay again very soon.
