  Excellent Hotel - Perfect Location

  I couldn't rate this hotel high enough. Spotlessly clean with excellent staff. Everyone of the staff came across very friendly.The breakfast was not the biggest layout but was all good quality meats, breads etc... The location is right on the Main Square which is perfect for the Bars and Restaurants to be at your doorstep.

  Stayed here for three nights recently. At the moment, the foremost thing in (most) peoples minds is cleanliness. The bedding was fresh, clean and well-made. The bathroom and surfaces were also impeccable - But I did notice that the remote control and windowsill (dead fly/dust...) evidently hadn't been touched. So I'll deduct points for that!Overall, the hotel is in the best place it possibly can be - But most rooms are at the rear with not much of a view. Stay here for location, not an experience.

  Fantastic Hotel in a great location

  We stayed here for a three night weekend break and absolutely loved it!The hotel location is perfect, situated directly on the beautiful main square, close to restaurants, bars, takeaway food, coffee shops & walking distance to some beautiful tourist attractions.The hotel itself is lovely, our hotel room was huge, very clean, bed & the linen was very comfortable & the little extras of toiletries in the room was a lovely touch.The reception staff were very friendly & were very happy to help, they even arranged our tour to Auschwitz as we hadn’t pre-booked & all tours were sold out when we enquired at the tourist info centre on the day after we arrived.The hotel entrance is to the side of the hotel & there was always someone there in the lobby to greet us, again they were lovely, always smiling & very polite.All in all a great first trip to Kraków & we would definitely stay here again if we return, thank you Imperial Hotel

  Perfect Hotel, Perfect Location, Perfect stay every time.

  I have stayed at this hotel three times and it just is the best.Location, location, location.Staff is incredible. There is always someone at the front door. Front Desk spoke perfect English to offset my Polish I learned from my grandmother. Rooms are all great and very very clean and fresh. I have stayed in a variety of the rooms and the suits that face the market square are worth every penny.... you wake up and go to sleep with a beautiful view. We have stayed twice in December and last was in September. There is life in the square at all hours; the night time noise was very tolerable and somewhat exhilarating.Breakfast is great...... I traveled with wife and my 83 year old father; the staff were so kind to him.This is my absolute go to hotel in Krakow. Everything is in walking distance; even for a 83 year old. Language was never an issue......my Polish is passable but I did not encounter a shop or restaurant where English was not spoken.

  Great Location on Market Square

  Although I was only here for 1 night. The location om Market Square is great. Out the door and 25 steps and your there. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. I didn't have time to try the restaurant but breakfast seemed reasonably priced.
