    Had some good points but could be improved so much. Check in staff need to actually welcome guests and say good morning

    Good things - location is perfect. Transport outside the door. Lots of good restaurants and bars 10-20 min walk. Quiet area even though on a main road. Breakfast was good. Iron in the room and aircon.Could do better - Rooms badly designed. 2 big chairs take up most of the floor space in the room. Shower is tiny, you can only just turn round in it. Dressing table chair is under the TV, so can’t use it as a dressing table. The main gripe was the service, they weren’t rude at all but made no attempt to make conversation, offer a welcome or just smile as you walked through the lobby. It makes such a difference when staff are trained to. Would I stay here again - no

    A great hotel in the Jewish quarter

    Originally this wasn’t our first choice, and Jet2 moved us to this hotel, however the modern and clean facilities put our minds at ease and we had a great week. The bathroom had lots of storage, the room had a small mini fridge, and wardrobe for clothes. We phoned reception for extra pillows and they arrived 5 mins later. From what I recall the windows didn’t open very much, but the air con was very powerful if the room got too hot. Good selection for breakfast with plenty of seating, all the staff seemed very friendly. The location is one of the best things about the hotel, it’s a 5-10 min walk to bars and restaurants of the Jewish quarter, then 25 min walk into old town. The streets are quiet at night so no trouble trying to sleep, we also emailed prior to ask for a room at the back of the hotel in case the trams were loud and we couldn’t hear anything. Have no complaints about this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

    We stayed for a long weekend and had a positive experience especially for to the rooms although a bit small. The breakfast was good especially for savory options while for sweet products could have been better. On demand (better in the previous days) is possible have gluten-free products.Very good location in front of the tram stop and at 15’ of walk from the historical centre.

    We stayed here for 4 days last week,beautiful hotel,spotless clean and only about a 20 minute walk into the town,uber only costs about €3 but we liked the walk,we didn't eat in the hotel but had a drink in the bar,its very quiet,but there's loads of bars and restaurants in the town,the Bull dog is great at night with great music,we went to sioux restaurant, wow,the food was fab,we also went to the hard Rock cafe which wasn't great! But the hotel really nice with little mini bar in the room too,also hairdryer and toiletries.
