The hotel has a lift and features 19 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Rooms

    We found our stay here to be as expected. It is a very basic room, but priced very fairly for that. We thought there would be air conditioning, but we weren’t sure how to make it work/if it worked when we got there. Everything seemed clean. We were on the first floor of the hotel, and the elevator was right by our room. We never had to wait for the elevator. The location of the hotel is great, and the hotel staff is very helpful. They called us a taxi, made change for us from cash, and answered any and all questions we had. They let us store our luggage in the hotel before check in time also. It’s an older building so you can hear other guests if they’re louder, and footsteps/doors in other rooms, but it wasn’t super distracting and the hotel served its purpose well. The breakfast was also adequate.

    Great location. 5 minutes to main square with lots of restaurants, good transport links. Breakfast included though could be better! Would benefit from tea/coffee facilities in rooms. Staff were lovely. The room was comfortable and spacious.

    hotel front is a tea shop, reception in the rear no problems gettign the room 2pm we booked this for the location of the xmas market. The continental breakfast was passable peopel have complemented about the breakfast, My main criticism No Toaster ! No croissants ! only hot fare was scrabled eggs and frankfurter sausages , mushrooms cold. Our Taxi had to go round the block as the stop outside is a tram line so he has to pick his moment to drop off us. Bed was comfortable and we did in the tea shop resturant for an amazing apple pie,. Would i use the hotel probably not mainly due to the breakfast.

    First the positives; hot chocolate at the onsite café was to die for, the staff were amazing, beds mega comfy, bed linen lovely quality, bathroom very very good, breakfast was fine.....now the negatives, no coffee making facilities in the room, no fridge, 2 person room with just 1 chair at the table and breakfast was the same every day. But overall it was a great stay and I would go again.

    A really nice place to put your head down for a few days, nice welcoming staff on the check in desk. Myself and my wife turned up to check in a wee bit early. " No worries. Your room is ready" she gave us or key, and away we went up to our room an hour and a half early! So thanks to the nice lady on the check in desk. The room itself was a decent size, well equipped with a tv , desk, chair , a nice wardrobe, and a nice bathroom with a brilliant working shower. It was cleaned to a very good standard. A couple of minor points, there is no tea or coffee making facilities, also the floorboards were squeaky! If you happen to be looking for 5 star luxury...... don't come here. But if you are after a decent size clean room with a private bathroom/ shower, and a really good breakfast thrown in, with hot/ cold continental buffet style food. For the money you pay, I think that you would not find anywhere close offering the value for money that this establishment provides. The jordan guest rooms will always get a good recommendation from me 👍🏻
