    Exceptional Stay – Amazing Location, Staff, and Breakfast!

    I checked into Hotel Kazimierz on June 14th, and so far, my stay has been absolutely incredible! The hotel is in the absolute best location in Krakow, and everything is spotlessly clean.The service here is next-level. My great experience started right at check-in with Jacek, who was incredibly nice and helpful. I also had the pleasure of interacting with Maria—she speaks four different languages, and it was truly amazing conversing with her!I had a lovely night's sleep thanks to the super comfortable bed and pillows. And the breakfast? Absolutely mind-blowing! I want to give a huge congratulations to chefs Oksana and Marek; they did an outstanding job, and the breakfast layout was beautiful. The selection was fantastic, and the service staff, Nella and Natalia, were amazing and attentive.I still have a few more days left here, and I'm already looking forward to the rest of my stay. I will definitely write another detailed review with pictures soon! Highly recommended!

    Great hotel. Think we had an upgraded room or maybe had recently been renovated but felt very luxury. It was very clean. Customers in the room next to us were quite loud at night but at no fault of the hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and regularly saw cleaners cleaning the communal areas of the hotel. Another lift would have been good as it gets busy at breakfast time with their being 5 floors. Breakfast was great value and had lots on offer with continental and also some hot options. Great location to Jewish Quarter (5 min walk to main part) and then around 25 Min walk to the Old Town. Would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to my friends and family. The water stations were great and saved us having to buy bottled water, we could refill our reusable bottles that we had brought with us.     Location was superb, just walk across the road to the Jewish quarter, or turn right to the old town, or left for Schindler’s factory. A very central traditional Polish hotel, basic, comfortable, clean, lovely staff and the breakfast was amazing, so much choice.     Clean hotel in decent location

    First impressions were ok. Staff helpful but not overly friendly (but we came to notice this with a lot of people in Poland) our room was ready early so we were able to check in. The lady on reception informed us (2 women) that the lifts were being renovated so we would have to use the stairs. No offer of carrying our luggage up the stairs for us even though there was a man there. Luckily we were on the first floor. The hotel looks like it is being renovated but we didn’t hear any banging/drilling etc but we’re out during the daytime. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only 1 sachet of coffee and 1 sugar but I’m sure if we’d have asked for more they’d have given us more? The bathroom looks like it was more modern than the rest of the room so not sure if they’re slowly renovating rooms. Overall a decent stay and I would stay here again in future.
