    Lovely place to stay

    Booked to stay here a good few months ago. Communication between them and myself has been great since. Asking for early check in etc. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised as how clean and lovely it is. Although the room wasn't ready Magda on reception allowed for us to put our stuff on our room and get changed. Then went exploring krakow ( 3rd time in this beautiful city) main square is a short walk straight up the road. Breakfast here is highly recommended and delivered to your room at the time you request. Jacuzzi bath is lovely. Only thing is we couldn't get Netflix in English. Walls are thin and our last night the people in the room next to us had their TV blasting till about 4am. Overall. Highly recommended.

    Perfect location, in walking distance to old town. The room was perfect, immaculately clean and the bath was fabulous! We stayed as a mum and daughter and found the room so relaxing after a busy day. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning!

    The room was luxury indeed , they offer different packages you can book to surprise your love one”s and make your stay unforgettable, The location was nice , it’s a walking distance to the old town , malls train station .The staff are very nice and helpful . Will surely come back next time .

    Nice hotel but not for light sleepers

    The hotel is lovely, very modern, clean and stylish. It's wonderful for couples, me and my Mrs chose this hotel to stay in for the Krakow Christmas market. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hot tub is a very classy touch and romantic. Tv's in both bathroom and room are very nice.However.The doors are extremely thin and they have no slow closing mechanisms. This means you can hear everything in the corridors. That ranged from cleaners drunk people retuning to their rooms, you can hear tvs from other rooms, people arguing in the room next door etc. Room 205 is also located on the main street which means you can hear the tram going by and other public noises. I asked the hotel for ear plugs, which they said they provided in the welcome book but yet they were not aware or didn't have any. Which was not helpful. Also air con was not working, I reported twice and it was never repaired and the room was boiling. I was sweating most nights. So I will finish with, it is indeed a nice hotel but it is not for light sleepers due to the amount of noise you can hear around the hotel

    Wonderful hotel in centre of Krakow

    Lovely guest house in the centre of Krakow. 5 minutes walk from the main square & Christmas markets. Staff were very helpful & polite. Booked all our trips for us and sorted out take away breakfast when trip pick up time was early. They also arranged airport transfers for us too! Room was very clean, well decorated & very warm despite the snow & subzero temperature outside! Breakfast was amazing & definitely worth it! Loads of variety & served straight to your room at the time of your choosing
