  Stayed here for 3 nights mid March. Nice polite staff and clean hotel in a quiet location but within a 5-10 minute easy to reach stroll to the main square. Clean bathroom and good housekeeping. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.   Three night stay in Krakow booked via Jet 2 city breaks Checked in with ease the hotel is clean with a classic feel We had a standard room which did us but it was small. The bathroom again small but had a powerful shower and amenities that you would expect shower gel, soap, water, tea and coffee making facilities and a smart tv. The bed was on the hard side and the pillow was like a flat pancake. The staff were all lovely nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was also very very good not just the continental but the hot cooked breakfast was very varied and very nice. The location is ideal I would want a bigger room and take my own pillow but I would definitely return.   Second visit, not as good as the first.

  Our 2nd visit within 4 months, wasn't quite as good this time round. First time we had a Superior room, this time we had a Standard room and the differences are stark. The bed was small & uncomfortable and as i noted on my first review the pillows are horrible. The air con was noisy & tricky to get correct, as its winter i wanted the room at 20c and couldn't quite decide if heating or cooling was the way to go, ended up with the room too hot overnight. The bathroom in standard room is quite small, the shower had virtually no pressure. So my learnings & tip from this trip is book a Superior room!   Excellent hotel, lovely friendly staff.

  Well....beautiful clean hotel, lovely friendly staff, rooms are very high standard and I have to say the beds are the best I've ever slept in while away from home. Constant hot water. Lovely clean showers and toilets. Smart T.v, Internet very strong. Breakfast room Lovely and roomy, I have a disability walker and plenty of room to manoeuvre about. Great location, for restraint, bars and the big Christmas market less than 10 mins away. Definatly will be back for some me time. We'll done e erybody it's beautiful.   Great Stay and Amazing Service!

  We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was really nice and a very good size. The bed was super comfortable and everything was clean.The location is perfect — you can walk everywhere, all the main places are close by.Breakfast was delicious every day, freshly made to order, and there was also a buffet. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the blonde girl who served breakfast. When she found out I’m allergic to cinnamon and that I had accidentally tried the pancakes (which had cinnamon but it wasn’t written anywhere), she kept checking if I was okay and made sure I felt safe.
