Everything was clean, no problems whatsoever, nothing missing. Overall very nice experience!! Bathrooms were clean, multiple towels aswell. Beds were great. Two bottles of water were a nice little gesture, incredibly spacious apartment, in the centre of this beautiful city.

I would rate this Leo apartments in krakow 10/10 as it was a beautiful clean place and the host Paulina was very friendly and helpful at all times, she went above and beyond to make our stay an experience we will not forget,so thank you very much we will be staying here again in the future.❤️

Clean room shower bad soaks the full bathroom floor drain blocked i thinks socket hanging of the wall other than that good clean room with comfortable beds. Free WiFi good big tv and kettle facilities would go back £££££££££££££££££££££££

Modern well equipped apartments but one smelt of sewage and other cold

Modern apartment, first apartment smelt of sewerage the first night so they changed to another apartment which the heating was set to 17oc , it was cold .. they said they changed to warm up but never warmed up , with only a thin duvet and one pillow each, no each blankets available.WiFi was intermittent had to keep asking for new codes , 20 minutes walk from old town square , helpful and responsive via text and had to request late check in which was straight forward. Let us keep luggage after check out in reception until flight after check out

Nothing like you see online!!

The hotel rooms are NOTHING like what you see online. Me and my brother were expecting to have a luxurious double room with a sofa bed and a bath rub. We got a small room with no heating the small double bed in a dingy corner, blinds like paper, rips in the wallpaper and skirting boards coming away. The mirror in the room was about 4 inches from the feeling, not even my 6ft brother could see in the mirror!!! This hotel was so disappointing and as a travel agent I would not recommend this hotel/apartment to anyone.
