    Checked out of here this morning after staying 3 nights, room was lovely and bed was so comfortable. It's positioned in a kind of cul-de-sac so very quite, good position and 15 minute walk to old town and 7/8 minute to Wavel Castle. Would highly recommend this Hotel.     Excellent location quirky decor in this boutique hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Food is delicious for breakfast and evening dinner. We would definitely stay here again. Loved Krakow so much to do here.     Great bathroom, shame about the bedroom

    1) Technology. Mixed. Keycards worked for 3 days then cut out and needed recalibrating. Not great but fixed easily enough. The TV worked fine but with only 2 channels in English it was little use. AC and heated bathroom floor were superb. 2) Bathroom. The best I have seen with a lot of thought going into the handicaped. Plenty of handrails, easy access shower and a lot of helpful cords and emergency buttions if sometheing went wrong. Only slight gripe is a lack fo shelf space. 3) Bed. Initially we thought it would be too firm but once we lied on it, it was still too firm (unheard of as I like a firm bed but this was OTT). 2 seperate quilts helped as we didn't end up pulling the quilt off each other. Pillows were comfortable too. Room acoustics however left a lot to be desired as there was a lot of outside noise making sleep tricky. 4) Cleanliness. Nopt so great. Bathroom was fantastic but the bedroom had a few legacy stains. Something on the bed frame (not sure what it was), lipstick embedded into the carpet and upon leaving we found a tub of VYM nicotine pads (neither of us smoke or smoked). Not great in honesty.5) Service. Strong. No quibbles over holding our luggage, new towels or recalibrating keycards. Overall a solid hotel just make sure you get a thorough clean.
