    Double charged and hotel won’t take responsibility

    From the start the man at the counter charged us 520 for the one night we were staying there when we had already paid through hotels tonight. When we went back down to talk to him he admitted that it was his mistake and said he had fixed it and we were only supposed to have a $50 hold like we had the other time we stayed there. We were put in a room 724 that looked like it hadn’t been dusted in weeks, the paintings had a black substance on them, and the shower had some sort of dent in it. When we checked out the next day they couldn’t find our name on the room and found out we were charged for an additional night. When we called the hotel they didn’t take responsibility for their mistake and now we have a charge of almost $1000 for a one night stay.

    Staff did not or hardly English or German.Room had not a refrigerator and water heater( which was on the websites indicated)Parking was good.Breakfast and lunch was also good.But communicating with staff was extremely difficult

    Short stay at Lorenzo hotel

    We stayed for four nights at this boutique hotel on the outskirts of Kraków. The room was very clean and the hotel well maintained with high standards. In particular the courtesy and helpfulness from the staff was exceptional. We arrived very late on the first night and the staff arranged a meal for us. During our stay the reception staff booked taxis, arranged trips and provided lots of helpful information to make our stay enjoyable. In particular Irene on reception was especially helpful, arranging to post letters locally and also contacting us when we got home regarding an item of clothing we had left behind.... using her own personal mobile phone. Would highly recommend hotel because of the helpfulness of staff alone.

    Fantastic small hotel, the only problem was the wifi. After a day, the devices cannot get an IP address.The staff also fantastic, my Darling has Birthday, and they bought a red rose and a birthday cake (Thank you again)

    Lorenzo Hotel is located on Strumienna str.10 in Krakow.The center of the city can be reached by tram 10, which is 9 stations away from the hotel.The buffet is very varied fresh and tasty having access to a very chic terrace where coffee can be served in the sunny summer mornings. The hotel's rooms are large and clean. Hotel L, Dyrektor generalny at Lorenzo Hotel, responded to this review Thank you for your opinion.We are glad to here such a nice things about our hotel.We hope to welcome you soon in the Lorenzo Hotel.
