    VERY UNSAFE DO NOT STAYi was staying in their apartments and a man entered my room in the middle of the night without knocking. we were all girls, emailed the hostel and they did NOTHING about it and didn't even offer any kind of help. for your own safety pls don't stay here because the property will do nothing to help you even if something happens

    This place is filthy. Very, very, VERY dirty.The building itself is scary and badly maintained.The room smelled strongly of cold tobacco, an odor so intense that it was impossible to get rid of, even after airing the room.The bedsheets were dirty, clearly not properly cleaned, and the common areas were absolutely excruciating in terms of hygiene.I had booked an apartment with a private bathroom, and instead I was given a tiny room with shared bathroom and shared toilets. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam.The receptionist was totally incompetent, unprofessional, and rude. No help, no solution, no empathy. I received no commercial gesture, no apology, nothing. Just indifference.We left immediately because staying there was simply not possible.Thank you very much for ruining the stay.

    Dirty and Uncomfortable Hostel

    Unfortunately, my experience at this hostel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty, with a noticeable smell of age and dampness. The bedding appeared unclean, and the towels were worn out and clearly not properly washed.The shared bathrooms were in terrible condition: dirty surfaces, dried soap, and a constant unpleasant dampness.The price does not reflect the quality at all. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone who values cleanliness and comfort while traveling.

    It was a cool, modern apartment, very central in the heart of Krakow. There were to madrasses on a loft and two beds downstairs pluss a two seats coach where a small person (child) could sleep. Bathroom and shower of good standard, also and ok kitchen and dining table. Easy access with code. Only problem was a loose support plank in one of the bed bottoms, causing problems to sleep in one of the beds. (It kept falling down as we put it back. So 3 out of 4 beds was in order.) All in all a good stay, recommended for high value, top, urban location and good standard for the money.

    The worst hostel I ever been.It's impossible to sleep because of the noise.The breakfast is terrible.They charge you even for the towels.The whole hostel share 3 WC and 3 baths.....................................................
