  Checked in for a 4 night stay. Having read some of the reviews was a little apprehensive however no need. The room was clean and functional, not the best place I've ever stayed in but not the worst either. The location was outstanding and the bed was comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed, the only thing lacking was a bedside cabinet on my side, my partner had one but I didn't, so we improvised and overcame.No idea why people complained about the heating, we were boiling. Check in was smooth and issue free. If you are looking for a clean comfortable space in a good location, look no further

  Absolutely loved our time here the location is perfect for the old town, literally a 10 minute walk through the park and you are at the square. There is a 24hr little supermarket 2 mins round the corner for breakfast sundries and milk and a bakery next door.The rooms are so clean and have everything you need for a short break, the building inside is lovely and it has a beautiful outside area. We had breakfast delivered in a morning to the door it was good with a small assortment of continental items.There was quite a lot of steps up to our room which was on the 3rd floor so anyone with mobility issues could be a problem. The owner/manager was very friendly and accommodating and we will be back.Absolutely loved Krakow will be back for sure and would not hesitate to come back to Lounge Apartments

  Nice central location close to the town easy access to train station restaurant and bars.staff were very helpful allowed us to leave our bags on arrival as we were there early and let us leave our bags when we checked out as we had a late flight. The room was clean tidy and spacious only issue we had was it was 2 single beds pushed together and would come apart if you rolled into the center so you would end stuck down the gap but other than that I would 100% recommend staying there and will be returning there soon

  Check in was quick and easy, due to a very late flight the door codes were emailed to us on the day we arrived. Highly recommend Lounge Apartments, tea and coffee provided, fresh towels and a lovely big shower. Bathroom looks new.We accidentally blew the fuses to the apartment due to our faulty travel plug, but after a quick phone call explaining what had happened, they came and efficiently sorted the problem.We knew there wasn’t breakfast included from the onset, but a great cafe 5 minutes walk met our needs.Management very polite and helpful.

  Great location and excellent value for money

  Excellent location - no more than 5 minutes to the Old Town Square.Clean very spacious two bedroom apartment which was excellent value for money.The outside of the apartments first impression is not good, on a side street with graffiti on the shutters of the shop next door but once inside we couldn't fault it.Would book again when I return as we didn't see and do everything we wanted to do in just three days.
