Location

The hotel is situated 800 metres from the main square, just a short distance from all of Krakiw's main sights, such as St Mary's Basilica, Royal Castle, Sukiennice (Cloth Hall) and Barbakan. Guests will find restaurants and links to the public transport network in the immediate vicinity, bars and nightlife roughly 600 metres away, and the shops of Galeria Krakowska as well as the city's bus and train station all around 2 km away. Auschwitz is approximately an hour and a half by car.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1871. Units include 43 rooms, including 5 single rooms and 27 double rooms, located in a 5-storey main building and a 32-storey auxiliary building. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Should be 4 star. Perfect. Spotlessly clean. Superb breakfast. Staff were polite and ectremley helpful. Spoke English. Rooms Spotless, large with extra dressing room, fridge, canned water.     We stayed for 3 nights at the end of March. Room was clean, shower was hot and powerful, beds were comfortable. Tea, coffee and water was replaced every day which was appreciated. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. There are a few umbrellas you can borrow. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. The coffee was lovely. If you have an early start they do offer takeaway if you tell them the day before. We requested a room at the back which was honoured and appreciated as I’m a light sleeper. If we come back to krakow we would definitely stay again and recommend. The sights are easily walkable.     Lovely hotel, friendly staff

    Just back from a 4 day stay at this hotel. It's a lovely clean hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast is a mix of hot and cold food, plenty of choices and a selection of tea and coffee. Bedroom are spacious and clean. Bathroom big enough with free toiletries. The only downside is the shower cubicle is not the biggest. It's a 10-15min walk into the main square and there's also a tram stop 100yds away, if you're going to the railway station. All in all an enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend it. If we visit Krakow again we will definitely stay here.
