    Lovely stay in Krakow

    Excellent stay here with my teenage son. The leisure facilities were outstanding and we enjoyed spending time in here. We enjoyed a walk along the river to get to the Old Town although it was a couple of miles away. When we needed to get to the centre quickly we used scooters which were great fun and the trams were very efficient and just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was really lovely but a little expensive in comparison to eating out at other restaurants.

    This was a lovely hotel that was modern, clean and the restaurant food was very good indeed - the Bigos and apple pudding being highly recommended. The buffet breakfast was decent - not the best I've had by a long stretct but also far from the worst. However, the pool and facilities were not to the level we were expecting.. young kids allowed in the hot tub / jacuzzi, too many swimming lanes for a small pool also. My partner got burnt badly on the infrared sauna. There were no notes to say don't lean against the (what we thought) protective grill and within a split second she was badly burnt and required treatment, to which in fairness, the kind gym/pool staff helped with. We have never known an infrared sauna so dangerous - they should have notices or replace with something that works as a protective grill. Overall it was good and I would probably stay again at the right price.     A 30 min journey by taxi from the airport and a 5 min walk to the tram line which gets you into the old town in 7 stops, this hotel is ideally situated for visiting Krakow.The rooms are large, well presented and clean.There is a swimming pool and the breakfast choice was excellent with a very large buffet.For the quality I could not believe how cheap it was.Would definitely use again.     Beautiful hotel with helpful and welcoming staff at reception! The rooms were spacious and very clean, which was definitely a nice touch at the hotel. The location from Old Town was around 10 minutes in a bolt, which we didn't find too bad considering it was only about £3 for a bolt. Breakfast was all

    Hotel room was nice and big. No amenities in room. Others in group booked same type of room but got a bath instead of a shower. Service in restaurant slow (we were the only people in there), and then brought out the wrong order on both main and dessert, on two different nights. Finally, ordered a taxi through the hotel to the airport, for 7 people (price and van confirmed) - a taxi for 2 people turned up, and hotel then said it wasn’t their problem.
