  Most Central, clean and friendly hotel

  Very very central to mainline Krakow Glowny station and only 20 mins from the airport to here at a cost of £4.00 one way.Central to Old Town 10 min walk. Very clean hotel, staff very friendly.Breakfast is the only thing I think can be upgraded, not much choice and very basic.Rooms were very comfortable, clean and aroma of the whole hotel was wow, if i could have bottled it, I would have taken it home.Great location and opposite the main massive shopping mall too ; great choice all over I would definitely come back. Ivan the waiter even remembered my night cap, Expresso Martini; very impressed.

  Superb location if you arrive by rail, as it's just across the road from the main train station. It's clean and bright, the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was good, the beds comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast there each day, which was very extensive although we didn't realise initially that you could have eggs (and bacon) cooked to order from a separate location.Our arrival in Krakow was around midday, but we went straight to the hotel where they were happy to look after our luggage until check-in time. Likewise when we checked out, our luggage was kept safe for us until we returned for it mid-afternoon.My only disappointment was that prices were a tad high, especially as we'd arrived from spending several days at the Mercure in Katowice - but then, in Krakow prices generally seem higher than other places in Poland. Supply and demand, I suppose. Can't complain about it really.   Top Notch hotel near Krakow Old Town and Railway station

  Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto is a top-notch hotel in an excellent central location. The hotel is within walking distance of Krakow Old Town, the large shopping malls, and the main railway station, Krakow Glowny, making it extremely convenient for tourists.The front desk staff were very courteous and welcoming. A special touch was that the staff dressed in traditional Polish attire, giving guests an authentic local experience.We stayed in a spacious Junior Suite of around 40 sq. m., which was very comfortable and well designed. The suite had two toilets and a large bathroom with top-quality herbal bathroom amenities. The shower cabin was well maintained with excellent water pressure.Breakfast is truly the highlight of this hotel. The spread was extensive, with many locally sourced products, fresh salads, fruits, and a live egg station serving freshly prepared dishes.Overall, we highly recommend Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto for anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located stay in Krakow.

  This hotel is right opposite the main railway station and shopping centre and just a short walk from the old town.It is clean and modern and has all the facilities you would expect. The staff are friendly and check in was speedy.The bar / restaurant area is comfortable and inviting.   A Simply Great Hotel

  We stayed at the hotel as part of a Collette tour on May 6th - 8th. We found the hotel to be clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was better than average (thank you waffle machine). We had dinner there one night and it too was excellent. The room was way above average. Great shower, really comfortable bed and plenty of room. But the best part of our stay were the hotel employees. Everyone of them was friendly and professional. That said, a special call out to the guest experience manage, Jedrzej. We had a number of requests and he handled everyone one of them. A nicer manager you will never find. Overall, a wonderful stay!!!
