    An exceptional good hotel

    rating10 Jun 2026

I've just returned from Krakow where I've stayed at the Metropolitan boutique hotel.we had 2 rooms (travelled with my wife and second room my daughter and her husband) and we enjoyed our stay to a large extend due to the exceptional accommodation at the Metropolitan Boutique hotel.Everything from the check-in to the check out was very good and so was the location of the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, it was a relaxed atmosphere all around, the rooms were large and very clean, the bathroom was perfectly equipped and sparkling, the air condition working well in a word GREAT.May I just say that I am a very frequent traveller for the last 40 years being with an airline and a tour operator for the last 25 years. Many thanks to Dominika Panek the Front Office Manager for the nice welcome I found in the room. I will stay at the Metropolitan again when I visit Krakow. Thanks'

    Fantastic!

    rating21 May 2026

This was our first visit to Poland, and we saw this hotel online, read up and decided to book. We were not disappointed, this hotel is absolutely beautiful! Honestly cannot say a bad thing about it. Everything.... food, staff, rooms, building, area.. honestly, never stayed in a hotel so good. We had room 314, super delux. The bed is HUGE and comfy, pillows that swallow you up and are so soft. The bathroom was so big, the shower was fantastic and the water is very soft. The lobby was a lovely place to sit if you wanted, with very comfortable seating. The restaurant was very comfortable, lots of room, the food was spectacular, the staff very helpful and polite, I am gluten free, and they catered pretty well for me. They're was lovely outside seating area, with heater of you needed it. I'd practiced some polish before we went, and they also told me some new words. I did use what is learned quite a lot... please, thank you, good morning, good night, cheers, thanks, how are you?, very well thank you! I was quite impressed with myself!Anyway, we can absolutely totally recommend this beautiful hotel 100%Thank you for having us!(18th - 23rd May - group of 4 including man with big grey beard, playing cards on an evening)Dziẹkujẹ!

    Wonderful

The hotel is in a safe area very close to the Old Town and Jewish Quarter. Check in was simple and we were given a lovely room upgrade. Staff were happy to answer questions and show us the areas on a map we were provided with. Our room was specious and very clean. Water and coffee are provided in room and maid service is daily. We had breakfast included which was more than ample. I have pretty high standards and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great hotel within walking distance to old town.

    rating11 May 2026

Great location within walking distance to all the areas we wanted to explore. A welcoming, warm atmospheric. 24/7 staffed lobby, most employees spoke English. Rooms were generous. Beds and pillows comfortable. Great bathroom! Excellent lighting for makeup application (if you know, you know), lots of counter space, lovely deep tub and shower combination. Good water pressure and no issues with hot water. Quiet. Great sleeps. Clean and well kept hotel. The breakfast was excellent! No need to go anywhere else - a great start to the day. Great value for this stay - would definitely recommend, and will definitely stay here again on any future trips to this city.

    Good place to be based

    rating28 Apr 2026

Stayed for 4 nights with family. Opted for a superior family room which gave 2 rooms with a connecting door. A double room and 2 singles. Each had their own bathrooms. Both rooms were big with good storage space. Lovely and quiet hotel. Central to all districts in krakow, with Jewish area being the closest. Could walk to main square in 15 minutes too. Check in was quick and friendly. All the staff were polite. The bathrooms had shower gel and hand soap. I would have liked a few other necessities like hand cream, facial wipes etc. Lovely towels replaced daily. No welcome message or gift or dressing gowns in the room, which others said they had? I think all rooms should have a welcome. We had breakfast daily which was good. Included a cooked breakfast. Plenty to suit everyone’s taste. We didn’t eat here at night as we preferred to go out for a meal. We didn’t eat enjoy some drinks early evening for happy hour which was enjoyable. The garden terrace is lovely too. Check out was 12 noon which is good and they have a luggage store which is a bonus if you are on a later flight back.Would recommend to stay here but might be good for the hotel to include a standard welcome in each room and a few more toiletries.
