Overall a good hotel, but could be even better!

The location of this hotel in proximity to the main square is absolutely fantastic although that does make it quite noisy in the late evening at weekends! The hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic but adequate! The beds were comfortable and made daily! The rooms were quite large but we felt missing a few extras! It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also a fridge would have been nice as water left by the cleaner was always warm! There was a definite need for a full length mirror in the room too! The shower cubicle also didnt drain very well. It definitely wouldnt put us off staying again but perhaps in a different room!

Great mid price option near main square

This hotel is in a great location just off the main square in the old town. We had an apartment room which was really big and perfect for us as a family. Breakfast was fresh although choice was quite limited, but it was fine. I would stay here again for sure. The price was reasonable. It's not a luxury hotel but it is clean, nice, and has character.

Hotel is in a good location. Staff friendly and rooms very clean. Bathrooms were spotless. Breakfast could be improved on a little and the breakfast area is quite small. There is no elevator in the hotel so be aware if you have mobility issues. All in all we had a pleasant stay.

I booked to stay at the hotel for four nights over Xmas and New Year but sadly out flights were cancelled after being delayed for hours due to fog. I had paid in full. We were so upset and disappointed. I emailed the hotel and Malgorzata was fantastic. She said she could try to refund me if they could re-sell the room but I wasn't hopeful. However, I received an email the next morning to say she had sold the room and could refund most of our payment. She only charged us a small fee meaning we didn't lose all our money. Excellent customer service, so understanding and helpful, very friendly and we will definitely book here again. Highly recommend based on my experience of their service because they went above and beyond to help us.

“Superb hotel and Staff!”- 😃🤘☘️

We arrived early evening, and a beautiful reception we received when checking in. We dropped our suitcases in our double room en-suite, and found we had all we needed.We decided to go out for a pint and something to eat, and on the way out the door, the owner/ manager was at the door, what luck! A Sardinian, it just kept getting better! After a couple of friendly words we went and ate close by, and had a couple of pints, we stayed three days here, and we're back in Italy tonight(siamo Irlandese noi but truth be told, we miss the house and the guys!!!Complimenti ragazzi, Forza- Da Irlanda!!! ☘️🇮🇹😃
